Die Firma, deren Namen man nicht erwähnen darf, ansonsten wird die Bewertung entfernt, hat am 09.09.2026 meine Bestellung auf den Weg gebracht.
Bestellt und bezahlt 15.01.2025.
Eine Position wurde auf Nachfrage am 27.05.2026 refundiert, da der refundierte Artikel bereits seit Monaten verfügbar war (auch bei der Konkurrenz im Land der Firma wo ich bestellt habe, aber das darf ich nicht laut sagen)
Bezahlt habe ich damals € 106,00. Jetzt steht bei der Lieferung ein Wert von € 150,64 dabei.
Da darf man sich nicht wundern, wenn der Zoll mit meinem Beleg über € 106,00 dann die Sendung wieder retourniert.

Subtotal 140,64, Shipping 36,47 ergibt Total 150,64.
Und ich hatte ein schlechtes Gewissen, weil meine Nachfrage beim Zoll nichts gebracht hat.

Ja, dann „schaun mer mal“ würde eine Legende sagen.

Der vorherige Verlauf meiner "Bewertung" wurde entfernt, da ich mehrere Trustpilot Konto genutzt habe (seit 2018).

Nun habe ich nur noch einen Account und trotzdem wurden nicht alle Bewertungen in einem Account zusammengefasst, wie es mir bestätigt wurde.

Diesmal sind keine Namen oder Ähnliches vorhanden. Mal sehen, wie lange diese Bewertung online bleibt.

Die Ware ist noch nicht bei mir eingelangt.

Wenn mehrere Bestellungen zusammengefasst werden, erhöhen sich vermutlich die Versandkosten, aber im Endeffekt spart der Verkäufer dann doch etwas Geld, oder sehe ich das falsch?

Meine erste Bestellung ist nach wie vor bei der Australischen Post in Bearbeitung. Sie sagen, das Paket hätten sie nie erhalten.
Hat jemand damit schon Erfahrungen?

Wenn ein Mitarbeiter der Firma krank ist und das als Grund für alle Fehler genannt wird, sollte man hier Nachsicht üben, oder auf sein Recht zur Leistungserbringung bestehen?

Was kann man als Firma noch alles falsch machen, bevor man rechtliche Konsequenzen zu spüren bekommt.

Warum wird in einer Firma mehr Zeit für die Bearbeitung von Bewertungen aufgewendet wie die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen?

Laut KI gibts viele Kommentare zu ähnlichen Themen im 1:64 Vertrieb weltweit.

Da soll man seine Erfahrung zeitlich erfassen, aber maximal 12 Monate zurück datieren.

Ach den Mustang von Mini GT, der die Ursache war für das lange Warten, konnte ich bereits voir Monaten anderweitig bestellen. Der war da lagernd.

Nur um sicher zu gehen.

Little Lucas Toys hat meine Bestellung vom 15.01.2025 erst auf Nachfrage und Erstellung einer negativen Bewertung am 25.05.2026 wieder bearbeitet und schlussendlich nach gut 1,5 Jahren auf den Weg gebracht.

Frage ich nicht, bekomme ich nichts. Austria und Australien haben andere Auffassung wer wohl für den Versand verantwortlich ist.

Es passiert leider immer wieder, dass Sendungen zusammengestellt werden, aber keine korrekte Sendung mitgeliefert wird. Ein Teil wird vielleicht storniert, die Preise ändern sich, ja dann schickt man halt ins Ausland, als wäre es ein Paket ins Inland.

Zack bumm und vorbei ist es mit meiner Bestellung. Zoll retourniert und Little Lucas Toys reklamiert wegen einer, wohl verdienten, negativen Bewertung.

Update - LLT got in touch with me and explained that they had some technical issues with their mailbox. They have since fulfilled the order.

Don't buy from here! I don't know if they are legit - I put a preorder in early this year and even though the item is in stock and I've contacted them numerous times, I haven't had a response nor have they shipped the product. Try other stores, I've had excellent service there.

While I do understand medical issues arise it took a week and me mentioning that I'd be initiating a chargeback before I got a response re: my order.

I was then told they didn't have the product I had ordered and was offered another item, which I declined as my husband already has it and asked for a refund instead. After I had replied with that, they then said they had been able to find the original item and would have it sent the next day.

The label was printed the next day however Aus Post tracking showed it was picked up the day after that. Meanwhile I was still receiving emails with new products coming and arriving etc etc throughout this.

A disappointing first purchase from this store and I won't be returning.

I placed a pre-order for Hot wheels and Mini GTs. Understandably I needed to wait for them, however, during this time the customer service, particularly Jess were very friendly guiding me with updates as best they could from their suppliers. After a minor misunderstanding, they were very quick to make amends and gave me a free gift as a kind gesture.
