Honestly the worst customer service- or can it be if there isn't one?
Awaiting over a month for a refund for an item and it has been received at the warehouse. The email online gives an auto response when you try to contact them. Awful company, do not use unless you are 100% on your size. It's a shame Boohoo work with them.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. I have emailed several times regarding a missing item, including marking my emails as urgent, but I have received no response whatsoever. There is no contact number to call and no live chat or customer support available, leaving me completely in the dark. It’s very frustrating to be ignored when all I want is an update on my order. I would not recommend this company based on my experience
Order arrived and the sizing was way off. Emailed them to ask about a return and recieved an automated email of the returns process. Posted the return on Friday 12th June and they recieved it on Monday 15th June. I did not hear anything and recieved no refund. Sent an email on 12th July to ask what was going on and still have had no reply and no refund.

Underwear arrived promptly and the quality was better than expected, however the sizing was off so I wanted to return the item. The website states to email them a return request in order to receive a returns label. Emails on 16/03 and 19/03 went unanswered and I am unable to return the item, as there's no phone number listed on their website for me to query it with.
