Absolutely shocking service I have…
Absolutely shocking service I have received from this “company” ordered my daughter an outfit ( she 4/5) for the coronation. It arrived the top was fine but the tutu absolutely huge it would fit me and I’m a fully grown women. Messaged them and was very polite numerous times I told them this tutu was not aged 4/5 all I got is “ the size down is 3/4” and that I had to pay to return the item on top of the money I’d payed for the item and postage in the first place. To then be blocked on Facebook and messanger it’s all very unprofessional.
As for the reply to this review I have all the screenshots of the messages it’s absolute lies 😊

Unfortunately the abusive messages to me and my staff. We had no option but to block you. 🙁 Very upsetting that this couldn’t be sorted out politely especially when we’d had lots of happy customers with that particular outfit.

Item turned up opened it was very big. Told company they said leave it with them. Never heard anything so got back in touch they said they had problems with the suppliers who had bagged the outfit in wrong bags, and the size they sent would fit my grandson it really wouldn’t I order 3/6 months the outfit was more 12 months. Never heard anything I got back in touch 5 days before Valentine’s Day told to send it back . Really bad service wouldn’t use again ended up with no valentine outfit and really bad communication 😡

The delay in the email was because we was waiting for a response of our supplier in which they informed us of a batch that had different labels inserted (but we're in fact the correct size). Again, I do sincerely apologise for this.
We do not normally accept returns on personalised items but as the item did have a different size in the label we offered you a full refund on return of the item.
We have sent a number of emails please if you wish to discuss this further can you reply back.

Cannot be trusted!
I have left a review previously regarding a refund that this store refuses to acknowledge. I was told to wait 6 weeks and if my order still didn't arrive I would get a refund. And so I waited patiently and I sent them an email again to let them know that I did not receive my item. The response was that the delivery courier lost my parcel and that the item should still get to me. I was also asked to remove my review and a refund would be issued the same day (15/11/2022). I responded to them to let them know that I will only remove my review once the refund is reflecting in my account as I do not trust them after all the lies they've told me and their response was: "No problem Alicia, once the parcel has arrived with you and you return it we’ll refund you. Have a lovely weekend."
1. Please tell me how a LOST parcel can still be delivered??? After YOU confirmed that IT IS LOST!!
2. Why did you think it was okay to try and blackmail me to remove my review to get my refund?
Once again you proved that you guys are liars based on your response.
I'm am absolutely appalled by this. I have never in my life received such poor and pathetic customer service. They have lied on numerous occasions and it is is shocking!
Dear little secrets clothing....
I do not want the refund. Please keep it. But you will not keep me quiet and I will let people know what you have done and the way I was treated!

The place to get your children’s personalised items!
I have ordered from little secret clothing many times. They are always really reliable! My items came really quick! They are packaged lovely and look amazing on my daughter she loves her dress, crown and pyjamas.

Daughters 2nd birthday…
Every year I always buy for my daughter's birthday as I love the PJ's and outfits, unfortunately she is now to big for all the other rompers etc so we can't buy them anymore but we are super happy with the birthday bits and will be so sad when she grows out of them to😔 keep doing amazing quality clothes and I can't recommend you enough
