Sold counterfeit and extremely poor quality goods.

So I got a Princess shirt in Disney font. The i was completely missing.

Poor quality clothing and items unfortunately. I ordered 5 items and did not receive three of the items, I was only reimbursed for two of the missing items. The items I did receive are such poor quality that I cannot even use them. Waste of time and money.

Very poor service and delivery. Seven items ordered, only 5 sent. Each in separate parcels.
Sent a number of emails asking where the parcels were, only one reply, stating that they had been sent and a refund given for the 2 items unavailable. Two months later, the parcels still had not arrived. As of today, 27/2/2022, 3 months after ordering, 3 items have arrived and been collected, 2 still missing!
Have emailed a number of times, no reply given.

Good price, free shipping, good fit, decent quality, and we love what we ordered!

Had no clue that what I ordered was coming from China until after I ordered. Then it took a whole two months to receive my order. I will definitely not be ordering again.

I absolutely love it! Great for any kind of outfit!

It's been a month

I ordered some shoes from this website and was super excited — they were like $55 and I figured it would be decent quality. Well, 2 months later, it never even shipped. I got frustrated so I emailed them and turns out it was returned by the post office and not sent out because of that. I was glad that they at least gave me my money back — but also very disappointed because I really wanted those shoes, lol

Only a few items arrived. 3 items did not arrive. One shows as delivered to wrong address. I emailed about missing items and got no response.
It’s been 5 months since I placed my order.

Shirt was good quality, skirt was cute but after one wash, it wasn't(as the waistband got all twisted up and could t be fixed). And the material for the skirt wasn't what I thought I was going to be.

Delivery was good, quality was good too, just the durability was a mild concern. Will recommend stronger materials where they can be used.

I have nothing bad to say about the company! I ordered a stuffie and it came exactly the way it looked on the website + IT’S SO SOFT and good quality
