This website is a scam. I used it once for a free trial, and then it started rolling into a monthly subscription on Klarna without my consent for months. During this entire time, I received no emails or any indication that I was still considered a 'member.' When I tried to log into their site, it was incredibly difficult to find a live chat option to cancel the service. Even during the chat, the cancellation process was completely convoluted; there was a lot of unnecessary stalling, and one agent even quit the chat the moment I mentioned wanting to cancel my membership.

BY THE WAY, the agent names are:
Carlos F - the one kept lying to my face when I ask specific questions on my "membership"
Shantey K - go ghosted me once I mentioned on canceling

Following up the comment above, one day after I deleted my account, magically they created an new account without me logging into the website!! I would really love to post the screenshots on how ridiculous this is!

This site will wreck your CV. Give zero support. And all support is broken
After failing to delete my account after realising the site is terrible I tried contacting them via their contact form which just doesnt work or send any messages at all.
I phoned support which went from English to Spanish mid sentence so that was a waste of time.
Sadly another broken AI business to add to the graveyard pile with some lazy idiot who set it up really badly and didnt bother to train Ai properly.

Sono dei truffatori. Continuano a prendere 29,43 tutti i mesi dal mio conto nonostante abbia comunicato tramite mail l annullamento dell abbonamento.
Abbonamento sottoscritto con rinnovo automatico senza avvisare.. ora non sono in grado di entrare nel fantamatico account per togliere la carta ( account che neanche loro riescono a trovare ma l'accredito riesco o farlo senza problemi!!!!) . Truffatori

Purchased a copy of my CV for I think £1.99 for 14 days access to it and they charged me £19.85 a month later.
Spoke with bank and apparently they hide the subscription terms in the t&c , complete scam artists as this was never mentioned and I did i not see this on the screen when making my original purchase.
AVOID !!!!!!!!!!

Cuidado. Publicidade enganosa. Paguei 1,99 Eur para elaboração de currículo e no final cobraram 24,99 Eur.

Opzegging is heel lastig om bevestigd te krijgen. Maar ook al heb je ze bevestigd gekregen, ze schrijven gewoon het volle pond maanden lang af.
Dit is vaker voorgekomen.
Doen ze het met opzet? Blijkbaar wel. Zo jammer.

Empresa não dá opções no site de cancelamento de assinatura, tornando o débito automático uma obrigação ao cliente. Tive que mover meu dinheiro pra outra conta por tentar diversas vezes cancelar a assinatura sem sucesso.

Terrible Experience with LiveCarrier / LiveCareer

LiveCarrier runs a business without ethics, hiding behind the promise of a “free CV builder.”
Without clear notice or consent, they charged my credit card, and there’s no visible or easy way to unsubscribe.

I feel deceived and trapped.
This is not how a trustworthy or professional company should operate.

Be careful before using their services.

Fiz a subscrição dos 1.99€ e no final do mês fui debitado novamente- sem autorização - o valor de 24.99€, tentei anular a subscrição na página mas não tinha como. Só mesmo por email. Reclamei assim mas sem resposta ainda. Me devolvam o valor e anulem de imediato essa subscrição, senão vou comentar sobre isto em todo o lado. O titular é Miguel de Oliveira Ramos. O cartão associado débito até está em nome do meu filho. Q tem 16 anos. Mas está em meu nome. Como eu isso possível.?Darei mais dados ao me contactarem pra resolver o problema.

Cobram dinheiro indevido, aliciam nos com uma contra de 1.99 por 14 dias.
Mesmo anulando, fazem cobranças indevidas mensais de 24.99€, e nao tem no site nenhum local onde se possa cancelar a assinatura.
A mim cobraram me 4 meses ate que me dei conta, e nao sao responsivos ate anular a susbcriçao, nao respondem a email nem resolvem, basicamente uma empresa pouco seria basta ver a quantidade imensa de queixas que têm exatamente pelo mesmo motivo.
