Had a super massage with Lauren. She was really friendly and worked on the areas I needed as well as giving me great advice.

I had a lymphatic massage with Daniel and felt really relaxed throughout. He was polite, listened carefully to what I needed, and picked up on a few things that could be contributing to my pain. I live with chronic pain (CRPS, chronic mechanical back syndrome, and sciatica), and it meant a lot to be treated with such care and understanding. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.

It was easily one of the best massages I’ve had (I’ve had a few!). The whole process of booking and then Alex coming to my home was so easy and convenient. Alex, was amazing and the whole set up in my living room was made so relaxing. I had a pregnancy massage and Alex regularly checked in with me for pressure and comfort. I will 💯 be booking another massage and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking one.

Lisa was really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. She was so knowledgable and instantly located the problem area, which she then worked on really thoroughly. She was helpful with any questions I had and recommended things to help me further. I’ll definitely be booking in again!

Had the best experience during my massage with Alex. As I am currently recovering from a c section I was cautious of what a treatment would feel like and unsure what would be best suited to my current situation. Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable about how to best treat my scar and did so with care. I also had a niggle in my back which Alex resolved within one massage. I feel so much better with my back and much more confident with my scar. ThankYou :)

Had an appt last week (17 June) with Steve from Sutton Coldfield. Had a soft tissue massage on my shoulder/back. I found Steve to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. I will definitely be booking another appt with him sometime soon to help aid recovery of my shoulder injury.

I booked a surprise massage for my husband and son who were initially shocked and a little apprehensive, but once Callum spoke to them they both felt relaxed were absolutely delighted with the experience, sharing that Callum was brilliant. Callum was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Booked Lauren for a pregnancy massage and absolutely loved her. This was my first massage and I was incredibly nervous prior but she has such an amazing personality and is so open and kind that wasn’t nervous after meeting her. She had so much knowledge and knew exactly what to do to help with my pain and how to help with later pains. She went above and beyond with treatment and recommendations. Will deffo be booking her again

First massage ever! Went for a sports massage with Alex and she was amazing! She really got into all the tight spots and knew what she was doing. 10/10 recommend her!!! Chronic sciatica sufferer here and I’ve not been able to stand up straight in nearly 6 months! 30 minutes with Alex and I’m able to stand almost perfectly straight for a long period of time! Definitely booking her again!

i have had a bad shoulder for a coupe of months which i think is a sports injury i had an appointment with jessica in sutton coldfield and had an hours treatment
i was advised that this could be a shoulder rotator cuff injury
i am happy with the first treatment and i have made an appointment for 2 weeks

We recently had Steven from LiveWell visit our offices to provide soft tissue massages. The experience was outstanding. Steven was not only highly professional but also incredibly reassuring, creating a calming space where our team could truly unwind. His approach made everyone feel comfortable, and his communication before, during, and after the session was fantastic. We genuinely appreciated the care and attention to detail he provided. Highly recommended!

Contacted LiveWell as I had severe neck and shoulder pain. Daniel came to the house - extremely pleasant and helpful young man who explained what he was doing to ease the pain and suggested exercises to keep it at bay. Would heartily recommend Thank you

Enjoyed my pregnancy massage with Rose. She talked me through the massage before starting and during and ensured I was comfortable with positioning and pressure from massage throughout. She definitely helped with the pains I have been experiencing, especially where my posture has been impacted by the pregnancy. Felt lighter afterwards! This was my first deep tissue massage by Alexandra, previously I had Steve for years who is amazing so I had very high standards of his team. Alex didn’t disappoint, very friendly, professional and knowledgable and has really helped ease my back (which was in a bad way)!

I booked in with Rosie for lymphatic drainage and whilst I had done my own research, Rosie taught me a lot that I didn’t know about the treatment and was very knowledgeable on this. She was so friendly and I felt great after the treatment. I can’t wait for the next one!
