Wouldn't even give a one star review absolutely diabolical of a company. Went in to order a sofa in a set colour was adamant there could get the colour we wanted then got a phone call a few days later saying there couldn't get the colour. We then went in to get our deposit back to then got talked into getting a different sofa from there witch we agreed to, then the deilevery day came and got fobbed off saying our sofa hasnt been picked up from Wakefield its been forgotten we rang a few times to get the same rubbish off them. This went on for 2 weeks. I sent a text and no reply back. Cancelled ordered absolute disgrace of a company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES.

So I finally got my samples, and as I like the bed and sample colour, against my better judgement I ordered the bed, and got my confirmation email, and then a delivery date/time, luckily I could get the time off as less than 24 hours notice, late Friday night, for delivery sat! Bed arrived an hour late,
However. The quality seems good sturdy, was easy to put together, tho very heavy(I see this as a good sign)
Went together well, and looks lovely, so I’m glad I ordered! My daughter loves it, and is stunning! Am I happy with my purchase, yes, I feel it’s a nice bed, that is well made!

Chose a lovely bed for my daughter, but was unsure on colour, as sometimes things look different. So order some samples, that you have to pay for, didn’t send them, didn’t answer my emails?? So glad I didn’t order a bed!! Dread to think what would happen if that went wrong!! So disappointing as I woulda brought 2 beds from you, and u stole my money, know it’s not much, but it’s not the point!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I was promised a delivery by a certain date, however it never came. I called repeatedly, and ended up having to go into the store. I was promised again it would come and it never did. I spoke to one of the men who worked there and he was extremely rude and told me that I wouldn’t be able to get items for this price anywhere else! Finally after much chasing up, the items arrived. The staff refused to bring the items into the house, and I am an elderly man! I couldn’t move the items into the house myself, let alone up the stairs. Absolutely appalling service. Please avoid.

Absolutely fantastic customer service kept update on delivery at all times. Delivery guys rang half hour before delivery & assembled. My new bed is beautiful & excellent quality. highly recommend living comfort bedz.

The customer service from the initial enquiry was brilliant, super helpful😀
The bed was made up and delivered in a very short space of time.
The delivery guys were equally good and still had a smile so late in the day.

I ordered a double bed with 54in wing headboard in cream ,with two draws at the bottom , I’m so pleased with it , come all wrapped in plastic, and I must say big credit to the young man who delivered it on his own , took it to the room I wanted and put it together, he also called me to let me know he was on his way , he was so polite and friendly , he’s a credit to the company, would recommend buying a bed from here great service

mattress we bought is the worst mattress ive slept on in my life. In less than a week of buying this matress, myself and my husbands bodies have been in absolute pain

After searching for a bed onthe high st and online I decided to buy from living comfort bedz
Very apprehensive I must say, the price the selection of beds and sizes choice of colours etc, is unreal the price comparison to the high st is unreal.
Took about 1wk from ordering to delivery.
The quality the workmanship the design was amazed by, the mattress is so comfortable I upgraded to the best. It looks amazing in the bedroom.
If you need a new bed don't worry this company delivers everything, take away old bed & mattress , assemble new bed (extra costs apply here) worth every penny. Saved a fortune buying here.
No need for apprehension.
