Royal mail did not go into collect the goods so did not get on the next day delivery as expected. As The tracking was not updating i emailed them. A gentlemen did ring me back to advise it was unfortunately going to be the next day for delivery. Was good they did contact me to keep informed

Customer service none existent! Made an order for 2 boxes of filler over a week ago 24 hour tracking and still not been sent out to royal mail! Scammers!

Amazing product and fast delivery

I have used LKM Aesthetics Supplies several times now and they are always a great company. Good range of products, fast shipping, packaged well and when iv had queries they have always been really helpful.

Probably the worse customer service I have ever received they delivered part of my order when I complained they told me I was trying a scam disgusted never again would I use them and will be notifying all my aesthetic friends and students as I run an academy

Very efficient & helpful when I needed some questions answering. The product range was great & postage was much quicker than I expected.

Ordered on the 29th of December. It’s now the 8th of January & I still don’t have my order. I queried where it was on the 31st of December only to be told they were closed all over Christmas until the 5th of January, although there was nothing about this on their website & nothing stated when I ordered - it still said next day delivery was available. I replied immediately to this email & asked to cancel my order as this was then going to be too late but then received an automatic email saying ‘sorry we’re closed until the 5th’ even though the first response had not been automatic.
I sent another email expressly asking to cancel my order, however they ignored this & sent my order out anyway. But now it appears to have got lost with Royal Mail - I have contacted them to try & help as when I tried to speak to Royal Mail they just said to speak to who I bought it from, but they are unwilling to assist me. So I’m without money or the product. I won’t be using them again.
