Best in the business

I am extremely happy with Will at LK performance five stars from me! saved me time headache saved me a lot of hassle also saved me a lot of money getting me the perfect set of alloy wheels & tires will 100% be using them again! Thanks again lads! 🫡

Worst customer service from general manager

Wheels have a piss poor finish, got told to send photos even though I asked to return them as soon as I opened them, so they could send it to the manufacturer, who then come back as said they were fine and acceptable. Argued about returning and his approach to my concerns. Would never order from them again. I'm not prepared to loose out on more money to them due to their poor quality products so will get the wheels sorted privately

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We aim to provide a transparent claims process, which is why we initially suggested a review of the photographs to determine if the manufacturer would cover the return carriage under warranty.

Although the manufacturer did not identify a manufacturing fault, we have consistently offered to accept a return within our 14 day window. To date, we have not received the items back. Please be advised that should the wheels be modified or refinished privately, they will no longer be eligible for return. If you wish to proceed with a return of the wheels in their original condition, please contact us directly.

Not very impressed with the set up paid…

Not very impressed with the set up paid 30.00 pounds for delivery now nearly Thursday not turned up also had a discount code in this but they have not hourned it and sent numerous messages but they fail to reply very ignorant and not at all impressed with their attitude .

Regarding our correspondence, our records indicate that we responded to the majority of your enquiries; however, we opted not to provide further repetitive responses once the requested information had already been shared.
