What dreadful people to deal with. Booked a short break for this week through Booking.com but a glitch meant instead of booking us for this week it booked us in for November! [Who goes to the seaside in November??] Noticed the problem immediately and contacted them but they were not interested. Of course they get to keep our whole holiday budget in the grasping greedy paws leaving a Disabled Pensioner with nothing. Have contacted Booking.com but although much more understanding and helpful not really much they can do when Proprietors don't give a damn about their customers.
So, after spending the afternoon in tears because of these completely uncaring people, my advice is find somewhere else in Llandudno for your holiday. At least hotels will help you when mistakes happen!
