I was not aware that my insurance had…
I was not aware that my insurance had changed from Halifax to Lloyd's... I had no notification informing me of this ... the first thing I knew about it was when I received an email telling me that my insurance had lapsed ... when I called the call centre I had to pay a lot more than I was quoted ... terrible customer service

We always send your renewal invitation via email and post around 21 days prior to your renewal date.
We also issued a notice of change document to confirm the change from Halifax to ourselves.

Forget comparison web sites which give you to many options.
Easy to get a quote on a pc and once all details were provided, quickly received a quote with 3 options.
As a person not 100% computer experienced it was straight forward,
I would like to have had the option to speak to an adviser.

Nothing has gone wrong and also my insurance has not commenced yet. I can say it was competitively priced. Surely the true reflection of how good an insurance company is when you have the need to claim. If this is ever the case I will revert truthfully then.
