They listened and provided clear options for future cover. The bronze silver gold grades of insurance were discussed. Silver met our needs at £130 cheaper than our previous insurer. I have been impressed with the supportive and articulate service. Hopefully this new arrangement will be fruitful in years to come. My previous company showed. I interest in negotiating a huge rise in payment this year. I recommend a chat with Lloyds.
