Joe was very professional and polite

Joe was very professional and polite. I have been having issues around getting my medication and having to chase it up. Joe has managed to arrange my medication in time for my next dose. Made all necessary arrangements and expIained times for delivery, etc. Felt very reassured. Thank you Joe.

I missed a call to re- book my delivery day, for my next lot of medication.

Person who called insisted I take my…

Person who called insisted I take my injection once a month,I told him it's every 28 days but he said was wrong,this needs to be addressed, he was wrong and should not tell people differently, this is the first time it has happened.
