LockLatch Opiniones

Very happy with my purchase and service received.

Perfect fit and good quality. Solved the problem I had having a door open for my pets to come and go as they please.

Delivery next day. Excellent product

Excellent communication, fast & efficient service. Delivered as promised. Very impressed with whole online purchase experience.

Great service. Product seems very sturdy and was simple to install!

The online ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and updates on the status of our order was very good. Best of all, however, is the MiniLatches themselves. They are very well-made and we installed the first on a window in less than half an hour (most of the time actually looking for the right size drill and discussing position). They are strong and simple to operate.

Great service. Prompt delivery. Efficient Courier. Very helpful placing order. Good experience.

Excellent service from start to end. Found the company on Facebook and from there communicate with Steve on WhatsApp who also phoned me and my husband to answer all our questions whether the lock will fit on our sliding door. We ordered on a Tuesday and received it today (the next Monday). Would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

The most professional team. If they are pro at their communication, then you know the product will be amazing! I will buy the petlatch again.

Have ordered this product before and it’s brilliant. Strong and easy to instal. Perfect for what we need. Thank you.

The latch is very solid and works very well EXCEPT there is a design flaw with the design of the key because it does not have something you can put a string through so that you can secure the key on your wrist - you have to lock the latch into place while the window is open, and if you drop the key, well, we wouldn't be able to get it easily. Especially at the price the design should be more practical. Apart from that it's a great solution and it's a relief to be able to sleep after seeing a (failed) burglar on the roof outside the window we bought the latch for.

Quick response from the supplier and delivery was fast and easy. Very happy with product and ease of installation.

The Pet latch does not fit patio doors that have a bevelled edge. I shall have to return it.

What an incredible product and service.
Easy to assemble and works a charm

Great simple product to use with bavk door to let cats out but not allow robbers in.

Good quality item that was easy to fit and looks like it will last and do the job.

Delivery was super speedy and good communication of dispatch.

I definitely recommend

Super-quick delivery

Excellant service, speedy delivery and quality product. Thank you

Bought the pet latch a couple of weeks ago and had it fitted today - it looks simple to install but I have zero DIY skills. It took about 20 minutes to fit and my daft 17 year old dog can now get in and out to the garden without yowling the house down. Would it stop a determined burglar - probably not, but with the security camera I already have, and a locked and bolted gate as well, it is a superb deterrent.

Great communication from Steve, the director, and the package arrived within 24 hours.

Works well on our conservatory door. Wind doesn't close the door any more.
