LMB Group Opiniones

Quality of work & workmanship on rear dormer loft conversion was excellent. Yan and his team were brilliant, knowledgeable and skilled as were the plumbers (Matt) electricians (Matt) and carpenters (Jermaine)

LMB converted our loft and also carried out additional work on the first floor, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work.

A special mention goes to Darius, whose carpentry work was truly first class, Ramunas for his outstanding plumbing, and Wes for the excellent electrical work. We would also like to recognise Slawek and Povel, who did a fantastic job constructing the shell at the beginning of the project. Their workmanship set the standard and established the positive tone that carried through the entire build.

Stephen managed the project exceptionally well, keeping everything organised and running smoothly, while Joanne and the office team were always helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout.

The quality of workmanship across every aspect of the project has been superb, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Lee has built a great business and clearly leads a talented and dedicated team.

We would highly recommend LMB to anyone considering a loft conversion or home improvement project. In fact, if we ever needed another loft conversion, LMB would be our first and only choice.

Our experience with LMB Group so far has been overwhelmingly positive. We're part way through a loft conversion. Ryan Hutchinson has been an amazing site manager; the quality of work from him and his team has been very impressive, a genuine craftsman who takes great pride in his work. At all times Ryan has been very communicative about the work being done, and what's happening when which has been very reassuring. The transformation from a filthy old loft into a beautiful new space has put big smiles on our faces. I can't quite believe how quickly this stage has happened. This is such a big project for us and I'm glad we chose LMB Group to deliver it for us, they've been great.

A really efficient and high quality service . Nothing was too much trouble . All the trades were professional and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard . We are loving the new loft room and bathroom . I would thoroughly recommend LMB Thankyou

Great company and super at supporting local charities, including schools.

I used LMB Group Limited for a hip to gable and dormer loft extension.

Initial visit from Lee was very detailed with explanations on how everything would proceed in terms of payments and works. A date was then agreed and the work commenced on time.

The work was completed three weeks earlier than the schedule which is amazing. We were fortunate enough to have Brandon on site for the majority of the project and I have to say he was excellent. On site every day and worked a full day alongside the tradesmen who were also excellent.

A WhatsApp group was created by the back office and this ensured that all the contractors could make contact directly with me to keep me informed of when they were on site and any specific information including payments and schedule amendments, this worked very well. Most of my dealings in the office were with Joanna, again, she was excellent and very efficient.

All works were completed to an exceptional standard and there was virtually no mess at all other than when they cut through to install the staircase, but even then they ''sheeted up'' to minimise the mess.

Overall I can't paise them enough, in this day and age where standards are declining - LMB Group were exceptional!!

We were planning a loft conversion with LMB and found the team friendly, professional and easy to deal with throughout the early stages. They were helpful in coordinating the initial steps, including plans and surveys, and were always responsive when we had questions.

Unfortunately, the project couldn’t go ahead due to issues outside of LMB’s control relating to freeholder consent, which was disappointing for us. That said, Lee took the time to speak with us directly and work through the situation, and we were able to agree the return of a fair amount of the deposit.

While not the outcome we had originally hoped for, we appreciated the open communication and the effort made to sort things out between us.

Wishing Lee and the team all the best going forward.

We were looking for someone to do our Loft conversion for last couple of years and decided to go with the LMB Group, and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, LMB has been excellent, giving us an extremely competitive price, keeping us updated at all stages, the whole process was handled professionally but felt relaxed and easy, which made a big difference.

Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, especially wanted to mention Lee, Joanna and T, who made the whole process straight forward and stress-free and were genuinely helpful.

The build team (Ryan and Zack) finished the structure in no time and was really impressed with their dedication and professionalism. Ryan kept us informed throughout the build project, answered any questions we had, and made sure everything stayed on track. The work was well organised and disruption was kept to a minimum.

Plumbing (Matt Dane) - The plumbing team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the job.

Carpenter (Tony) - We were really pleased with the carpentry work on our doors and skirting. Everything was done neatly and to a high standard, with great attention to detail.

Overall, a really positive experience and a result we’re pleased with. We would happily recommend LMB Group to anyone considering a loft conversion.

“Great all-around service from start to finish. The experienced team helped us plan and get the most out of the project. Professional and competent tradesmen ensured the job was completed quickly.”
Highly recommend

Fantastic experience from start to finish with LMB Group Ltd. The team made the whole loft conversion process smooth and stress-free and the result is even better than we imagined. We now have a beautiful new living space that we love. Can only recommend them.

Managed so professionally throughout from quote to completion, everyone involved was professional and attentive. 8 weeks from the day we met the lovely Rick, exactly as promised. Absolutely delighted

We're very pleased with our beautiful new loft space. We've gained a large airy bedroom and an extra bathroom with extra light in our existing landing. We were reassured that our neighbours down the road had a good experience, and we could see what ours might look like.

LMB made everything easy and were very helpful with our neighbours concerns. Ryan and his team were friendly and helpful, and even finished a little early. Knocking through was the bit I was most concerned about but it was much less messy than I expected.

There were minor hitches along the way but the expertise of LMB meant that they were speedily sorted. Matt oversaw the rest of the installation of electrics, plumbing, plastering etc and I have no complaints. We were able to use the extra bedroom at Xmas which made a big difference!
just now

Amazing quality work. Helpful service and good management team. Would recommend to homeowners looking to do loft conversion. Lawrence was amazing. He showed care and accuracy in the 1st fix. Steve 2nd fix was a lovely man and showed care in the work.

We’re absolutely delighted with our loft conversion from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished space has completely transformed our home. Every contractor we dealt with was genuinely lovely—friendly, polite, and respectful of our house at all times. Communication was clear throughout, the team turned up when they said they would, and everything was kept tidy and well organised. It was clear they took real pride in their work, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a loft conversion.

Lee’s team were professional and helpful. Were very pleased the the loft extension and en suite. Lee’s experience and ideas helped us get to a design that fitted with the space we had and the finished room looks very nice.
The building process went smoothly and Lee visited regularly to make sure we were happy and was happy to make small adjustments for us.

Lee as always did a great job, always at the end of the phone and nothing a problem. He set up a WhatsApp group between all parties for ease of communication.

Quality as always was perfect.

The office staff Joanna and T were very helpful when needed.

I will always recommend LMB, thank you!

I am 100% happy with the service I received from Lmb Loft. I am a childminder and the team were incredibly considerate and professional about all my worries with regards to my work and safety of the children while the loft conversion was being carried out. All the workers were extremely polite And I was impressed with how little mess was made. Standard of the finish was exceptional. It has been six years since my loft conversion was complete and there have been no problems with it at all. I’m more than happy with the work they did for me.

We recently completed a loft conversion and are very happy with the result. The overall service was very good, particularly the pre-sales process which was efficient and informative.

The build team was quick and showed great attention to detail. We were amazed at how fast the conversion went up! All the tradespeople were of good quality, clearly knew what they were doing, and consistently arrived on time, making the process hassle-free.

Particular praise goes to Gyorgy in the build team, who gave us excellent ideas on layouts and was always really responsive. Also, Joanna in the office did a fantastic job, picking up a lot of the project management work when we lost our original project manager halfway through the build.

The final price we paid was fair for the quality of work we received. However, our original quote did not contain a few bits that were essential for the build and came to light after the design phase, (extra steel, tin hat, and some additional cost for brickwork). It would have been better to have these elements included in the initial quote for budgeting, but as I said, the prices for these things was reasonable and I am happy with the total we paid. I think this is just a reality of construction projects, and not anything LMB did wrong.

The only reason for four stars rather than five the project management hiccup.

Overall, we are very happy with our new loft and would certainly use LMB again.

LMB Group Ltd recently completed my loft, and I’m really happy with the result. Lee and the office team were always supportive and easy to reach whenever I had questions. Yan, the site foreman, kept the project organised and made sure everything stayed on track. Harry, Matt, Wesley, and the rest of the team worked carefully and got everything done to a good standard. I appreciate all the effort from everyone involved, and I’m pleased with how my new loft has turned out

I am based in SW17. I had a full renovation of my upper floor maisonette carried out by LMB. This included full rewire, new boiler and completely new plumbing, new kitchen fitted, new sash windows throughout, bifold doors
and back to brick re plaster. For my loft extension I had a dormer and mansard extension including a roof terrace. This added 2x bedrooms and bathroom.
The majority of the subcontractors working with LMB have been working with them a while and provide a good quality service.
I had an issue with the quality of the roofing around the dormer windows and LMB were accommodating and completely started again and finished it to a high standard. A special mention to Joanna and T in the office who always picked up the phone with a positive attitude and a desire to fix any problems.
