Great sofas, staff and shopping experience
Went to Loaf Notting Hill and bought a Slow Riser Sofa bed. Comfy and snuggly as both bed and sofa, and great clever stain resistant fabric. Shopping experience was really chilled, offered nice refreshments (pastries and bubbles) and the staff were really friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Also entertaining for my 2 year old! Thanks to Muna and Sadiqa for all your help!

Was helpful.
The lass who took the order on Tuesday is stopping work at the Ladbroke Grove Loaf. Her name was something like Sakana. I am pretty sure it began with SaK. You are losing a gem.

Nice Overall
The young lady helping us was fantastic. She provided us with the information we needed about the day bed we were interested in, even demonstrated how to pull it out. She seemed to be the only one of the three ladies working there interacting with customers. I took off a star because the other sales associates were just sitting/standing at the counter chatting/gossiping with each other while I was paying for the furniture we purchased, not even trying to be discreet. Overall, a nice shop and a pleasant experience.

Spent a very comfortable 45 minutes in the Loaf store Notting Hill! Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful but knew when to leave me alone. Very helpful having the extra long tape measures handy and the bottle of water was very welcome. It's impossible to buy a sofa without knowing how comfortable it is first so perfect location for testing out the 4 I'd chosen online and then make a choice.

Great quality, style and relaxed elegance across the range. We have a lot, beds, sofas, armchairs, side tables, lamps as we had to furnish an entire house in 2014, everything looks just as good 10 years on and after heavy family usage.

Terrible Customer Service
We ordered a sofa from loaf in September with the earliest delivery date being late November.
Prior to delivery we contacted to confirm they were able to remove the old sofa, to which they refused as it was sofa bed. Annoyed already as this was supposedly part of the service, we had the old sofa removed the day before the new sofa was delivered.
The new sofa which was delivered was the incorrect colour and size, which meant it did not fit up the stairs to the living room. The delivery company took the sofa back to Loaf and when contacted about the order, no help or information was given. Instead they informed us an investigation needed to happen prior to us being able to get any information which has left us with an empty living room and no information

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, it sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting so long for delivery and going through the hassle of removing your old sofa.
We recently carried out an important system upgrade. While the changeover itself was successful, it has created some disruption for a small number of orders and we are working hard to clear the backlog.
