I met Justin Kotzmoyer at NAMM and appreciated the time he took to walk me through how Locally helps brands bridge the gap between online discovery and local retail conversion. Justin clearly understands the real-world problem brands face when shoppers want availability, not just information, and how critical it is to connect intent to nearby inventory.

What stood out in our conversation was how well Locally supports Omnichannel execution for brands that rely on dealer and retail networks. Having issues with a Trek store order in Pensacola. And of course, there is no contact information anywhere on "Locally's" website. Great customer service!

My brand uses Locally product and store locator. It took 2 months to deploy due to some of my own internal issues. Interestingly enough foot traffic due to Locally skyrocketed over the holiday. I was thinking it was a holiday occurrence, but the traffic has remained. The retailers love the solution, and we have gotten a net increase in sales across channels.

I bought 9 Chrysant stems £18 plus one free. Unfortunately they wilted within a couple of days. Emailed them, on a Sunday within an hour owner called me on the Sunday said call by when convenient so he can put right. That is top drawer customer service.

Avoid using this shop locally store on Dodworth road Barnsley the Asian man behind the counter is rude and outrageous he should not be allowed in a shop dealing with customers

The fact that I get the flexibility and functionality to search for products I love, and them buy them "locally" is literally the best of both worlds. Well done Locally!!

Can't beat it. Know what is in stock. Buy items a local shops. Get them delivered that day. What's not to love?
