i had a fully verified account
make 1st deposit. lost it. made another deposit and got winnings. made a withdrawal request. it was rejected. i was asked to make a video with selfie and some speech who i am with my passport. after that all my winnings were confiscated. the suddenly discovered i am from russia and cannot pay. but we speak about not neteller but crypto. and when i lose my 1 st deposit it was ok for them and about my citizenship. so.. stay away from them

Greedy, down-and-out, poor, fraudulent bookmaker.
Everything was fine when I only replenished the balance and lost everything.
Several deposits of 300-500 dollars were made. I lost all this money.
In total, I lost a very large amount. From the last deposit, I managed to spin my account up to $2,200.
And I made my first (!) ever withdrawal request. My account was immediately blocked without explanation.
The reasons for the blocking are not explained. I can’t explain the point of the rules and the law on the basis of which they did it either.
They don't ask for any documents from me. This is pure fraud!
This office only allows you to replenish the deposit. Neither the payment of winnings, nor even the return of the deposit from these scammers is provided!
I did not violate the rules of the bookmaker's office, I made ordinary sports bets. I did not use any of their bonuses,
I only played with my own money and they blocked them for me.

Be aware ... this is dodgy online casino. Mystake,rolletto and locasbet.com are the most untrusted gambling site I have ever played. Customer service lying about everything. My account has fully verified and made multiple deposits but they blocked my account.. I have all the evidence deposits,screenshot of my account verification,chat transcript etc and I have complain to Curaçao eGaming but still haven't received my refund.. don't play on those Casinos... I'm gambling over 10 years and whoever reads my comment, please stay well away from those site..ý
