True to size (UK26), comfortable, no sagging fit perfectly. On 31 August, I ordered Just Like Jess & Night Meadow, both with side pockets. The stitching is excellent, fabric washes well. On 13 October, I ordered Magpie Mandala & Midnight train to Georgia, both with side pockets. Again, excellent, quality, fit, wash all very good. These leggings cheer me up, making exercise more manageable. Ordering is easy, communications good, product information good.

Super leggings - and with pockets!! This is my third order from Lucy Locket Loves and I'm confident that this will be as high quality and comfortable as the previous ones

Love the vibrant colours and patterns, fit is good, sadly never seem to get many styles in capri option, my favourite length, as the full is often a bit short in the leg for me, overall highly recommend and they do last well

I have used LLL on numerous occasions and have been perfectly happy with the quality and price of the gym items. I’ve also brought some casual leggings which fit well. I love the unique patterns and designs and quite often get comments about the designs and I let people know where I’ve purchased them from. My only little niggle is I’d like to see more gym T-shirts to help match your activewear. Keep bringing out your unique designs.

I ordered active shorts and they are lovely. I initially ordered a size too small and was given the go ahead to exhange. The customer pays to send the exchange, this is policy and as its a small business I accepted this. After my return was sent, I received very little communication. It took a while to turn over, which I understand, but a bit more communication would have been a lot better as I had paid to send expensive shorts back, and it was a worry not to hear anything for so long. New shorts arrived and happy with fit and quality.

As a personal trainer I own lots of pairs of gym leggings. This was the first time I’d ordered from Locket Loves and wasn’t sure what to expect.

When they arrived they were,
fortunately exactly as they looked on the website; identical colour and pattern and they are very snug, comfortable and good quality.

My personal experience has been a positive one.

I ordered 2 pairs of Christmas design leggings on a BOGOF offer, which arrived in good time. Tried on last night and am very pleased with the product and the fit. I've bought many pairs of leggings from them over several years and have always been happy. They fit well, wash well, and last ages. I prefer the side pocket actives but also own casuals, shorts and crop tops, all of which are very good too.
I already reviewed the ordering experience and website, but the actual product and delivery deserve a much better and therefore a separate review.

Having lymphedema in my left leg I found other brand just don't stretch enough without sizing up from medium to XXL making them not fit for purpose

I’ve been a customer for many years and was super happy to see them make it through a difficult situation. I love the array of funky designs. I live in the causal leggings- the designs hide my dogs paw prints very well and the fabric doesn’t tear under his claws. I’m tall and I find the leg length on the casuals is good (the actives come up a little short on me)

Great company and great products. Variety of different patterns makes it difficult to choose! Never had to send anything back and their customer service is second to none. At first some products may seem expensive but the quality of the clothing is brilliant - I've had leggings for 5+ years, they wash brilliantly no shrinkage or bobbling!

I already own two pairs of the black active leggings bought in a size 18 back in 2023 (£39 at the time). I’ve put on a little weight since then so decided to order a size 20 in another two patterned pairs (I was a bit shocked the price had increased to £59.50 but was happy to pay it as I liked the quality of my previous pairs). Unfortunately, despite being a size up, I’ve found that my new pairs are tighter and shorter than the ones I bought back in 2023. This is very disappointing, especially given the price increase. Afraid I won’t be buying from here again. £60 a pair is just not worth it!

The best walking and excercsie legging I’ve ever bought, I now have three pairs, the colours are amazing and they all fit and wash really well, phone pockets are big enough for my huge iPhone 12 and I love the back zip pocket for valuables.

The new leggings since coming back with a new name are lovely and great quality and stunning designs. Good service.

You rely on a website that shows they have stock of the item and size you pay for to actually have it in stock. Not the case here , I'm afraid. I ordered a pair of active wear shorts as a Birthday Present. I selected the correct design and size, checked out and paid for them on the 31st May. received a message to confirm they received order and had my money. Heard Nothing Since. However when I checked the order status on the 8th June , found that they had just CANCELLED the order. No Contact, No Explanation, No apology. Had to wait until 11th for my refund, Very Poor and Non Existent Customer Service.

It’s a pretty bad carry on to try and make out you had no way of contacting me. Customers are REQUIRED to provide at least a telephone number , this is so LL can provide confirmation the order and money has gone through. They also provide a link to the order. They have no excuse to have NOT contacted me. In reality the system they operate should have shown the garment OUT OF STOCK , thus greyed out so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I also note they make no apology for leaving me without a birthday present for my Daughter. Nice Work LL see you really care.

I love Locketloves Active leggings. They are bright, fun and fit beautifully. The higher waistband means I never lose them and there’s enough pockets to carry what I need with me. They wash well and keep their shape. I now have several pairs and love choosing which pattern to wear next to the gym. My no1 choice. Buying from them is just so easy!!

Great customer service. No problem when I asked to exchange size. Fantastic quality shorts and leggings. For me the waist size is a little tight but actually after a few washes, they seem much better. Absolutely get comments all the time about my Highland Cow shorts

I've worn Lockets for around four years now and have always been so amazed with the quality. I am a dog groomer and wear Lockets to work, to the gym and on casual days off when I'm just running errands. The addition of the more sustainable UK made, recycled polyester leggings has been amazing as well.

In the end i don’t know who was more entertained by the travels of my leggings. I watch the Royal Mail tracking in fascination as they remained on a status of delivered, while also bouncing from one sorting office to another almost making it to me once before heading south again but then finally, today, they were delivered. And they are everything I hoped they would be. I love the pattern, the material is good and thick as is the waistband! The width of the elastic in the waistband is a real differentiator for me from other brands I love. I gave Locket Loves a really hard time but they have remained engaged and courteous and have told me what they’re doing to learn and improve from this experience. Well likewise, if you feel strongly enough to leave a rough trustpilot review you should also leave an updated review when you see improvements. Thanks Locket Loves team, and well done to whomever at Royal Mail had the common sense to look up my address and apply the correct postcode. Good work.

Great company as the quality of the leggings is great. Fantastic fast customer service too when I accidently ordered the wrong size.
