Fake website and counterfeit products

Supposed to be an American company but products are shipped from china and take ages to arrive. Product is counterfeit and not the one I bought, it doesn’t even work as intended and I’ll never use it cause it doesn’t feel safe. Don’t buy anything on this website.

Scam and disrespectful

They use USPS which on multiple occasions has resulted in a lost and delayed order. Then they don’t respond to your emails at all. F*ck1ng pricks.

They sent me dirty second hand product…

They sent me dirty second hand product wrapped in tissue paper!! I complained and asked for a refund they refused and told me to just clean it off and it will be fine!! There expensive, unhelpful, and don't look after there products. Don't get taken like I did there are so many better sites to buy from.... avoid!!

Unresponsive and Apathetic Customer Service

Per the LTC website instructions, I sent an email to cancel my order a few hours after I submitted it since it "wasn't in transit." Over 24 hours after sending the cancelation request I got the shipping notification. Almost 48 hours after sending the email I finally got a response saying there's nothing they can do with no effort to rectify the situation or honor my request.

LTC has wasted their time and money sending something I no longer want and now I have to waste my time and money to send it back for a partial refund.

Had they made any sort of effort I wouldn't even have cared, but this is not OK.

Terrible customer service

I ordered from this company and within an hour emailed their customer service to say I had made a mistake and asked to cancel the order. I advised them of the item I wished to order instead, and said I was happy to either pay the difference or reorder after the cancellation. They ignored me for days and very shortly after they dispatched the item I didn't want, emailed to say they had sent it and weren't going to do anything about a refund.

Refuse to refund broken item

Item broke after second use, within a few days of arrival. Support took multiple days to answer each of my emails in the conversation, and finally asked me to ship the broken item back.

I had to delay the item return by two weeks as I was abroad, and the company says they won't refund me since I did not return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

Not to be trusted!!

Ordered a product that is controlled through Bluetooth. It didn’t work. I contacted the company the day it arrived. Finally got an answer because the company is based in China despite having an American shipping address. They wanted a video. I sent from my iPhone numerous times. They refused to acknowledge receipt. Finally they confirmed they got it but said that they couldn’t open it. They wanted me to share the video from my Google drive which I was not ready to do with such a company. At this point I opened a dispute with my bank. These guys are not honest and send defective products with no intention of replacing or refunding. Avoid this company at all cost!

Only buy if you never want to return anything

My partner bought two items, one of which was the QIUI Keysafe. We should have read the reviews beforehand (of both QIUI and Lock the Cock) but we were excited. I didn't have an issue with the QIUI app, I was able to sign up without a problem. He, on the other hand, couldn't get the app to send him a code via text. It just wouldn't work. He contacted QIUI, no response. So he contacted LTC to ask about returning the Keysafe. He was asked for a video to show the defect. When he reiterated that he wanted to simply return the item, he was told to contact QIUI. Again, he tried to return it, and again they told him it was a fault with the app.
There is a return address on their website but it's in the US and we're in the UK. The postage would very likely be more than cost of the keysafe. Our order came too quickly to have been sent from the US, so I suspect they have an address somewhere in the UK we could send a return to.
At this point, we're so frustrated we've given up. Which I imagine is the point.
Can I give zero stars?

Best Customer Service I've had in years!

Had a concern regarding a product. Customer service not only gave me basic info about said product but also walked me through other similar products that might fit my preference. Take note - I have not bought anything nor have I promised to buy anything! Yet the customer service representative took his time in walking me through what I wanted to know! 5/5 best service!

Ghosted after bad recommendation from their own people

Asked for an accessory for an item; they told me which product to buy. Bought product, didn't fit at all, completely wrong recommendation. Was expensive so contacted support. Got fobbed off about contacting another team for a while then ghosted.

Company did ship items, but it might not be the item you want and they won't remediate. There are plenty of other options - avoid this store.

Total scam

Total scam. I received the product and decided to return it, so I reached out. (Mind you never opened). They requested I take a picture of the product, which I found odd. So I opened it and took a picture of it and emailed it back. They then replied they could not accept the return because I opened it. I went back and forth trying to get them to understand the only reason I opened it was because of their request for a picture. They then offered me a 20% refund. Absolutely awful customer service. I have never been so frustrated with trying to return something. Totally unprofessional and pathetic of the people running this company. Do not buy from them.

They listed their items as in stock but they are not, took an extra two weeks to be sent. When it was sent I received no updates and the cheap courier service left the item on the ground at the front of my building and it was taken. I reached out and they refused a refund and considered this a "Successful Delivery". Very unprofessional and offered no assistance and told me to contact the postal service instead even though that is their responsibility.

Awful customer service!

I ordered a cage in June and was set to be delivered on July 3rd. The product was marked delivered, but was not at my residence. I contacted the company to inform them, they proceeded to instruct me to contact usps to determine where the disconnect was. It was determined that the product was delivered to the wrong address. The package was ultimately nor retrieved as somewhere after getting delivered, it ended up lost. Lockthecock informed me I needed to provide proof from the usps that the package was indeed delivered to the wrong address. I obtained the information they requested, and out of nowhere, the company has quit replying, just vanishing from the conversation! So now I'm sitting here with no product, and out $75 bucks. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Does anyone know if there is a reliable phone number for the company? This is ridiculous that they're just going to dissappear! Unheard of!
