Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

From beginning to end, the staff were excellent, patient and extremely helpful. They made the most difficult time for our family a little easier and helped us create a truly memorable farewell.
Our celebrant, Simon, really surprised us with how beautifully he captured everything we wanted to say about my husband and our father. He understood exactly what we wanted and delivered the service with such warmth and compassion.
We would highly recommend Simon and the whole team to anyone going through such a difficult time.

Listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to help. Everything perfect horses and hearses superb.

Great all round service
Competitive price, but good links with hospice, the celebrant, who’s was excellent, the crematorium and afterwards venue including the florist. Personnel were very experienced, helpful and genuine

From the beginning we were impressed with Lodge Brothers professionalism, they listened to our wishes and made sure we were happy with all of the arrangements respecting our feelings always. Alison was lovely to work with and went out of her way to make the funeral run smoothly. The funeral was a wonderful send off and goodbye to our son David. I would also like to thank Father Julius who conducted the service.

I cannot recommend more highly
I cannot recommend Lodge Brothers, Ascot more highly. We have just had the most beautiful funeral for my mother. It was everything we had hoped for, with all the arrangements carried out so thoughtfully and tastefully, and with great care and support throughout.
Hayley and Di are lovely, genuine and deeply kind people. Spending time talking through the arrangements was such a positive and comforting experience for me. Hayley then worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was in place for the funeral and that our wishes were followed to the letter. Everything went so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry at any stage. I felt reassured and gently supported every step of the way.
I fell ill just before the funeral and did not want to change the date. The response I received from the office was extraordinarily helpful and kind. Di arranged live-streaming for me at very short notice, without any fuss or delay. I really cannot thank you enough for this. James, on the day, was really good too.
The whole experience has left us feeling that we were able to give my mother, who will be so greatly missed, a truly wonderful goodbye. A huge thank you to the whole team at Lodge Brothers for helping us create such a comforting and meaningful farewell. It has meant the world to us.

Thanks for a beautiful funeral
This was a brilliant experience in spite of the sad circumstances. Berenice helped us every step of the way and was so kind. There was no point when I felt lost or alone. The funeral was beautifully carried out and Naomi the celebrant was wonderful. The care we received made our loss bearable and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. Profesional and Couteous service
We used Lodge bros because the family had used them previously. We found them to professional and sympathetic. We purchased a funeral plan for mum a year or more before her passing and also purchased a new memorial for the shared plot. Mum's funeral went smoothly and the memorial was put in place in 5 months, well within the 12 month allotted timescale. The memorial was exactly what we wanted and visitors have said how good it looks.

It made what could have been a very stressful job a lot easier. We had help from staff who assisted us all the way with the arrangements, & all the process that had to be done with care & compassion.
