They built me a "basic" website that had the "Search engines DISCOURAGED" checked.

You'd be pissed. Don't give them a reason to keep their scam company afloat. AVOID.

I got a call that read "Spam probable". I answered it and spoke with Shaun, from Logo and Web Labs, who was very nice. When I looked at their website, I saw code, meaning they did not have their own website working.

They have 1 positive review. For some reason or another, I decided that I would give them a chance. They said they would provide me with a much better and more modern website than I currently have and they would acquire clients for me.

We agreed on a template and Shaun showed me parts of the site as they developed them. I was not impressed with what they were doing and I stupidly felt that even if it didn't look perfect, I would be able to fix it.

They use Wordpress, a website builder so complex that adding an image is a daunting task.

When they finally presented my completed website, the cop was juvenile. There were typos, the links didn't work, the contact page didn't work and they completely left out an entire section.

After exclaiming how disappointed I was with everything and how cheap the site looked, they told me that they were NOT going to refund me but they were going to upgrade my plan to premium! OH lucky me! They showed my ANOTHER design for my website, that was more complex and confusing then the last. I told them I want something CLEAN and MODERN. Shaun said "No, we already designed something for you so take it or leave it."

AVOID. They do not deliver quality. You will regret spending your $ with these guys. I feel so stupid for not listening to my gut and just abandoning the site after they showed me the design. Yes, It's my fault that I threw my money away but YOU DON'T HAVE TO.

Shaun was in constant communication with me. Allowing me to give all my ideas, I asked multiple times for revisions, and he did it without hesitation.
Im in love with my logo and website.
