I was really lost putting in my order online. I knew what I needed but wasn't sure that what I was about to order matched what I needed. I needed human help. I called customer service and reached Paul and hew as extremely helpful, understanding and patient. He saw through the entire process via phone call and email making sure that I got what I needed and that I was comfortable with what I ordered.
