SCAM ARTISTS! RUDE, UNHELPFUL, CHILDREN RUNNING A "BUSINESS" DO NOT TRUST

My requirements did not fit a stand package as the scope was very basic. An agreement was made and agreed with sales and payment made. Upon completion one third of the project, the production side of the business refused to complete to job without upgrade and further payment. They simply refused to consider my point of view and instead chose to hang me out to dry, resulting in me having to pay extra to complete the project with an alternative provider.
I gave them ample opportunity to complete the project to the original spec which required only minimal extra work, but they refused.
The quality of the work completed was fine, it was the process where they agreed to the original scope of the project only to change course part way through requesting more money for completion that is extremely disappointing.

Found Logocloud while surfing the net looking for logo developers. We are a small Probus club and their online special of $29 to develop a logo for you was great news. They were easy to deal with, promptly replied and met every delivery schedule. Their work was great making any changes we wanted. Jason and Alex developed a 25th Anniversary logo for a club to our specs, couldn't ask for a better team. Thanks Mollymook Beach Probus

What I do have to disagree with is although the finished product is perfectly accomplished, there was an image in the background, and it was given to me without it, mm I don't know
