talking about hiring someone to do something for you is always hard , no just because you have to look around for the right choice knowing nothing but reference for 3rd parties but when you find that company that make you feel comfortable that you know they will make a good job then you want to tell everyone about that company in my case is logomentary , they understood what I was looking for, they were patient , really good communication, really good job, on my book Johnny is the best on what he does, super nice guy, always with a good and positive attitude, never grumpy or forcing me to choose something I didn't want to, simple the best customer service ever.

5/30/2023: Quit lying about delivering my second logo. Per my request, revise the last design, send it to me for review, once I approve, send it to me in all the file formats I've already paid for.

There's no need for me to speak to anyone - just send me the finished logo design that I already paid for.

Also, I'm surprised to see you admit that logomentary and logocorps is the same company - at least you told the truth on that.

5/26/2023: Logomentary & Logocorps, revise the second logo that I've already paid for, send it to me for review and approval, finalize it and send me the files in all the versions I paid for. To all that read this, I'll update this post if they do.

5/25/2023: On Monday, 5/22/2023, logomentary replied to my original post stating that both projects were delivered - they lied. I have emailed Alleana (that's a fake name, they don't use their real names) twice since Monday, she has not responded to either one of my emails requesting the final version of the second logo I've already paid for. Alleana uses a logocorps email. I believe logomentary and logocorps are just two of many different company names they're advertising under for logo design work. They delivered my first logo months ago, but the designer for my second logo refuses to revise and complete the design, and they won't transfer it to another designer. When I first started having problems with my logo designs, I researched both companies and discovered that neither are legal business entities and they don't exist in the office spaces they list on their websites. I also learned that they've done this to others, it's a part of their M.O. A couple of people have recommended that I use fiverr, I'll probably go with designers through that website for future design work.

I will update this review if logomentary/logocorps ever completes and delivers my second logo.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Logomentary is a sham business. There is no CA Secretary of State filing for Logomentary, they do not have a business license on file with the county of Los Angeles, and Logomentary’s main line has been saying "extension is unavailable" since this morning (11/17/2022).

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS – THEY’RE FAKE!

I would surely recommend it to more people reaching out to the design agencies within America. Speaking of the fact, the agency is stuffed with designing gems. They have the most experienced team to aid me with the best of all times Banner designs. I can not be any happier with what I got from Logomentary.
