I've ordered several products over the years, and I'm very happy with the quality. Had to sign up for a new account, yet they still had my info from a previous order. Very helpful. Top notch.

Easy to upload and adjust logo/design preferences. Bonus that they have items with no minimum purchase. Timely delivery. I purchased both embroidered and printed clothing items which have upheld nicely in the wash. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Ordered for delivery on the 20th got an email on 24th that delivery would happen either 27 or 28th. Sent email requesting refund as they were needed on 25th- was told they would research and see but “these were not done in house”

Tracking my order was very easy. I got the products I was expecting on the timeline promised.

That said, I think navigating the website can be a bit complicated. It is hard to make sure I can keep track of products with my company's logos. In some cases, as I click around it kicks me out and logging in at times takes me to a more general front page rather than my company's specific products.

With generally no MOQ, it's easy to build a one-off design prototype for a potential client.

I started my small business not long ago and was in need of uniforms. After a bit of searching, I found logosportswear was the only place that offered what I was looking for with embroidery. After putting in my order, the designs were sent to me to proof check fairly quickly. Shipping speeds were amazing since I received my outfits ahead of the expected delivery date. When seeing them in person, they had come out exactly as I imagined. The whole process was very seamless and I will definitely be using them for all of my future outfitting needs

We ordered several shirts for our employees from LogoSportswear. The embroidery does buckle a bit in spots, but overall, it’s good for work apparel. The printed apparel looks good so far, though I’m not sure yet how it will hold up long-term.
Turnaround time was reasonable, which we appreciated. The Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton Pocket T-Shirt (Printed) met our expectations, and the Red Kap Men's Half Sleeve Industrial Work Shirt (Embroidered) is especially nice—great quality and comfortable material. Overall, I’m satisfied and will be ordering more in the future.

LogoSportswear provides quality custom products! I am a repeat customer and have been impressed with every order. Customer service contacted me the same day of my order to have me make thread color selections, and I think they had the proof created in less than 24 hours for me to verify. Company logo looks great and my boss/owner of our start-up company & her family were very amazed & surprised with the good job LS and I did in having brand new scrubs created for multiple people and a polo for myself. I appreciated the order arriving a day early as well! Your quality work speaks for itself and owner will be ordering more items in the future now that we created the logo in your system. :>)

I would have liked to have a sample of the hat that I wanted to order so that I could see the quality. The ones that I received were of good quality (no issues or complaints) however, I probably would have upgraded the hat to a higher quality golf hat.

The Company could capture more market share if it utilizes larger picture size when creating personalized project. The end result was very very positive. Communication is horrible, but because they successfully exceeded expectations I came back.

Because LogoSportswear offers so many products, the hardest part for me was trying to decide which apparel and items I wanted to order first! The easy part was uploading my logo and placing the order. I will always give them chance to earn my business for future orders!

the letters were too small and the hat material is polyester not wool.
