Super people

I am very happy with the service provided by Logwise Firewood. The logs are always of good quality and the delivery is always prompt.

All really good, very pleasant, decent price and delivery. Would use again.

Competitive prices for local customers. It was useful to have a text message telling us when the delivery would be, so we could move our car. Delivery was within a week of ordering.

Great logs that burn well and excellent service - as always.

failed to deliver on the date they notified

Excellent product and the delivery driver couldn't do enough to get the logs to the log store. Highly recommended

Logwise are very professional in handling their orders. Deliver service is very fast, even in the busier times if the year. Logs arrive bone dry and burn evenly giving out a good slow heat, if stored and burned correctly. Prices are very competitive. Online ordering is very easy, but you can reach a human if you have any issues. Highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service, driver always pleasant and helpful.
The only improvement I'd suggest is perhaps giving an approximate delivery time so I know when to expect.

Very good communication and service, but above all, a good supply of decent logs. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent quality and service, will buy again

The firewood is excellent, and we are very happy with that. The lower rating is due to delivery: all the wood was left in a pile outside the front door, and took two hours for us to move with a wheelbarrow to the backyard storage area. We couldn't wait for more help as we were afraid it would rain. This leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service, and we were disappointed by this.

Got the wood, delivered exactly where I requested, it burns well and arrived promptly. Couldn't ask for more. Many thanks.

Brilliant service. Ordered and delivered the same day above and beyond anything that was expected. The quality of this wood is second to none. Thank You
