Introducing the Earth's Favorite Dry Erase Marker! LOKA is a consumer product company committed to reducing the footprint and impact of plastic on our planet without changing human behavior. We identify high volume, consumer products made from virgin plastic and replace them with application specific, proprietary LOKA formulations. Our formulations are able to be integrated into existing manufacturing processes and tools. LOKA products become the “final trip” for plastic just by throwing them in the regular garbage. Our first product, LOKA Dry Erase Markers, displace the virgin polypropylene (PP) body currently used in dry erase markers with our first LOKA formulation. It consists of reclaimed plastic from garbage dumps and oceans, calcium carbonate, and a bio-additive that means just sitting in a regular landfill, the marker biodegrades in ten years instead of the 400 plus years a regular marker might last. LOKA markers write an average of 400 feet longer than the competition, and they cost the same or less than Expo. There is not a good reason in the world to avoid making the switch. Today, we have the markers in “midnight,” which is our black. We are working quickly to get the full color set available for pre-order. The full color set will include 6 new colors: frog, pool, royale, party, tomato, and tiger (or green, blue, purple, pink, red, and orange). Ver más
