Item didn’t come on time paid 7 for delivery do order more then 2 days pior

Extremely bad quality, almost like shein. I will be returning immediately. The dress was extremely short for someone my height - 5’9. For the price of the product I am utterly appalled. Paying £70 for a dress you expect a well-made product. The material was like parchment paper. I am furious.

Ordered item 21 days ago and still not received

Website is easy to use. The garment is as it was in the picture and description, I love it. Quick delivery.

Do not buy from this company. I have already left a review but they are now trying to claim that they have refunded the money when they haven’t.

I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the refund back.They have blatantly lied about returning the money to me.

I returned the item because the quality was awful and not a dress you would want to wear.

I have never experienced anything so bad with a company before and am going to make sure none of my friends purchase from this brand.

You can see from other reviews that I am not the first person to experience this awful customer service, so I would avoid buying anything from here.

If I could give less stars I would!! I purchased an order in June 2025 and used Klarna. I bought multiple items to choose what was best for me to keep. I have returned part of the order (they have emailed me to confirm they have received it) yet decided to ignore all correspondence with KLARNA resulting in me owing money for items I have returned! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

It is now the 15th November- on the 25th October I emailed this so called company to ask were my refund is and I am still no further. I have been emailing and emailing some get a reply and some I am completely ignore the last one was that it has been passed to management to look into it this was over a week and heard nothing since emails ignored. The world were living know every penny counts but for some reason they won’t respond to give me my refund

Shocking Customer Service..... received faulty item almost a week ago, no response on how to return???

I have recommended Lola Rae to all my friends and family who have also bought some fabulous bits. For my trip to Ibiza I was extremely last minute and have some issues with Evri finding my address. However Leah in particular has made communication so easy an has honestly given the best customer service and I even managed to get the dress delivered the day before my trip and the quality was amazing and true to size! Thank you so much Lola Rae I will definitely be ordering again soon x

Had seen this brand advertised a lot and loved it so I ordered for my holiday via next day delivery which was £7.50 but it never arrived in time, when I returned I realised only one item fit and emailed straight away so that I could return the items and repurchase the ones I liked for a different size. The time frame was right and because I didn’t receive and email back quite in time they told me my that I was out of the time frame and I couldn’t return. I think due to the circumstances and some mistake on their behalf a couple of days should have been accepted for this and I was going to repurchase anyway but now they have an unhappy customer who won’t purchase from them again and leaving a bad review

Bought a skirt yesterday morning at 8.50am, paid for next day delivery which was £7.50. Still had no dispatched email and now concerned it won't arrive on time and emails take 48 hours to reply, which is no good when I needed the skirt for today, hence the £7.50 I paid for delivery, hopefully they will see this if my email won't be read until Sunday, which is no good for a service I paid for yesterday 😢. Update its now 4 days since I paid for next day delivery, still no response or skirt!
UPDATE 29/9/25.
UTTER LIES of a reply, the skirt was not sent on Thursday morning as it should have been, you didn't dispatch the skirt until Friday afternoon, it was meant to arrive Friday, so first lie. Also everi have never attempted delivery 2nd lie, evri didn't even receive the parcel until Saturday, I have all the tracking updates to prove this,took screenshots via the evri tracking ro prove this, along with any emails sent from you. I have also tried to email you twice and had no response so how do you suggest we solve this when you don't contact me back. Please get in touch with me, as you have ignored all contact I have sent, and only replied on here with a generic response of utter lies. I don't even know how you have my order details Ias I've never gave them until now. Order number L#27932. Please get in touch with me.
