Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. I tried the carrot cake energy ball and…

I tried the carrot cake energy ball and it was underwhelming. Not sweet enough and crumbly. Needs more dates to sweeten and bind together. Love their cupcakes though!

Thank you for taking the chance to check out our Test Kitchen event in Canary Wharf over the weekend.

These events are an amazing way for us to get feedback from our wonderful customers on a variety of different new types and flavours of bake so we really appreciate you stopping by and providing your feedback here.

If you didn't get the chance to already, your receipt should have a QR code that will go directly to a survey as well so your feedback can be compiled together with everyone that stopped by and tried our Test Kitchen items and we'd greatly appreciate hearing from you there.

I will of course also pass on your to our Product Development team who have been so hard at work trying out all sorts of new bakes and will be so grateful to have your feedback to help shape the future of our Test Kitchen products as we do hopefully intend to make a selection of our customers' favourites into regular offerings.

Lolas cakes are the very best!

I tired the chocolate crisp cookie and chocolate petite cake at Lola’s test kitchen. Both were absolutely fabulous and delicious, defo 5 stars! 🌟 ⭐ 🌟

Staff very helpful and friendly

Staff very helpful and friendly.
Been buy Lola’s Cupcakes since you could only get in Selfridges London.
Love this new range found in the test kitchen at Canary Wharf. My favorite is the cinnamon biscuit love the butter cream.
Wish they had something with peanut butter especially in the breakfast range or they brought back their peanut butter cupcakes 🧁. Other than that definitely a winner 🏆

The staff are very rude and not…

The staff are very rude and not welcoming at all. The lady serving me was rude, took my details wrong and when I asked her if I could check to see if the details were correct she replied as “it doesn’t matter anyways. You have got the receipts on your hand”. I then asked her if that was the case, why did she take my email! She started laughing mockingly in my face. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a cake and cupcakes as it was my son’s birthday.

The cream was too sweet

The cream was too sweet, and the cake was dry.

I am sorry you have been disappointed with your order of the Cookies & Cream cake on this occasion.

This cake is decorated entirely with a buttercream icing which is the sweetest type of icing we offer and can be too sweet for some based on personal preference.

I would recommend our cakes prepared with a cream cheese, mascarpone or ganache icing if your would prefer something a little less sweet in taste.

I tried 3 things today from the new taster menu, the carrot power ball and the chocolate rye and sea salt cake being my favourites. The almond croissant cookie also very nice. Loving these new combinations. Thanks for offering new flavours!!

Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff, took me a while to choose what I wanted to try from the test kitchen and they were very patient, polite and helpful. The new products I tried were extremely good!!

Test Kitchen

Friendly staff. A bit confusing at first with the queue and trying to find out how to get a golden ticket. But luckily, I managed to get the last one! Have bought Lola’s products many times over the years as they’re very yummy. Looking forward to test out the different products from the Test Kitchen these next few days.
