easy order and pick up. best cake ever

Hi,

The vegan cake sponge was on a very dry and stoggy.

I have not ordered that particular cake before as i tend to order the red velvet and it was my choice but it did not come in the small size i needed for 6 people.

please do try and offer the red velvet in a small size too especially as i had ordered a few days before the event.

we had also ordered red velvet on my son's big party and it was all eaten and extremely yummy.

The cake looked pretty and loved the flavour

Bought a fresh berry cake for my birthday and travelled to Paris with it :)
It has been 100000% plebiscited by all my friends: a hugeee success. Everyone liked it.

Great service from the staff at the Canary Wharf unit. They were helpful when we chose and ordered the cake then they were professional in making sure we were pleased with the cake when we returned to collect it three days later.

We ordered a carrot cake which was quite good but the delivery charge was too expensive☹️

Have placed an order for photo cake for my son’s birthday and the picture I attached wasn’t copyrights free and I had to keep changing the picture as all those weren’t copyrights free and finally staff suggested to edit it so no more issues to use it. Finally I could make it. Thanks to the staff.

Beautiful cake ordered at short notice. Great taste too. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely superb! It was my Birthday and Lola’s gave me a free small cake - so the loyalty scheme is great - always remember to have an account with Lola’s and purchase in-store, the customer service is excellent & the cakes are delicious! Thank you Lola’s!!

Great customer service, the only thing I wish was that all of the reminders had accurate information.

On the day of pick up the person working there told me they were open until 8pm, however all of my reminders told me they closed at 6pm (I could only get there at 7pm so I needed to be sure).

All of the emails and texts I received (automated) kept saying 6pm but luckily they were indeed open until 8pm.

Apart from that, the cake was yummy and the server there was nice!

Fresh sponge cupcakes which were personalised and seamless click and collect process. The website needs to make it clear that photos online can't be chosen due to copyright which delayed ordering from my end and besides not like the icing with the personalised photo, my daughters enjoyed their birthday cupcakes.
