very bad
I'm not looking for something to be really rude

Very swift service and gave me a good bag to hold the order

My experience was truly wonderful thanks to the Brazilian lady with gray hair, who assisted me with such care, patience, and kindness. She showed great professionalism while also conveying a rare warmth that made the whole process much more pleasant. It’s clear that she loves what she does, and her confidence and attention to detail really stand out. Service like this makes all the difference and deserves to be recognized!

Order process very smooth, was able to click and collect at a local station.

The most delicious vegan cake I have ever eaten! I got it for my mum’s 70th birthday and she loved it.

Cake is decorated nicely with berries and fruit and isn’t overly sweet.

Beautiful cake, well made and beautifully presented.Box was of quality and so easy to carry due to having handles which helped massively.

As my experience was great I will be purchasing in the future and have recommended Lola to many.

My comment is that Lola should offer promotions or deals on their cake at time.

As promotions make products more appealing, encourage trial and repeats purchases and create positive associations with the brand.

Lola cakes are beautiful but, they are costly and some maybe not be able to afford the cost.

The best Gluten Free Birthday Cake we have ever ordered!!!

Customer Service was amazing from start to finish and the cake well everybody wanted a piece.

Thanks for helping make my Mother’s 60th Birthday so special.

Very helpful staff who helped me to select the right cake for our party's dietary needs with the cake ready to be collected on the day.
The cake itself was great & professional looking, very please & happy to order again.

Lola’s cupcake cakes have won my heart. I ordered a cake in advance for a birthday and it was ready on time. Communication is great and I’ve decided I’ll be getting my wedding cake made by them. I would highly reccomend. Their cakes are also still very fresh a couple days after purchase if stored in the correct conditions.

Completely loved the decor of the cake and the flavours of the jam and the strong vanilla taste. However I must say the icing was way too sweet so it made the cake have less of an effect especially when there’s already some sugar in the cake. Other than that it was delightful.
