Cake was not worth it to be completely honest. Undersized with stale cinnamon buns and dry sponge that tasted more like a carrot cake with a bit of cinnamon in it. Overall pretty underwhelming.

Always great, its a vegan cake but ignoring that its still my favourite bar the mango passionfruit cupcake, wish they did that as a permanent cake which was the diwali special, absolutely amazing, definitely the best.

The cake that We ordered was a frozen theme and was amazing, the cake was good quality and well presented in a sturdy box.
My only issue is that its collection only in our area so We had a 30 miles round trip to the bullring in Birmingham Selfridges but I would still order another cake through Lola's.

Brought two seperate boxes ( and flavours ) for my husband & sons birthday . Tatse amazing , lovely and moist.

Apart from the cake being delightful, customer service was unmatched when I had to rearrange my delivery date. Top tier cakes and service. More than worth the fair price for a beautiful cake.

I went to lolas they couldn't find my account. So annoying, standing around them not knowing what to do including manager. Plus the cupcakes are over rating, you could get better tasty cupcakes elsewhere. Taste not all that. Noting to wow for.

This cake was amazing from the first bite to the last. Soft, moist, and flavorful without being overly sweet. Highly recommend!

Amazing tasting cakes and excellent customer service from the store in Birmingham Selfridges, made sure to find a compromise when I wasn’t able to have a specific design of cake in advance of a birthday party (due to the gluten free baker only being able to design specific cakes)

Has the recipe changed? We used to get them quite often when we were living in London. However, we’ve not had them since 2023, when we moved to Manchester (no nearby stores). We recently bought a few from their Birmingham store and they were awfully and sickly sweet. Not a lot of taste other than very sugary.

Another delicious cake from Lola’s (chocolate heaven) 😋 we have ordered from them for a few years now as they have a great range of cake’s full of flavour & look the part. My personal favourite has to be the Eton mess 🥰 and as for deliveries they have always been on time no issues. I would definitely recommend. Blessings

Ahhh I love Lola's gluten free cupcakes..they are amazing specially cookies and creams ones..this time i tried carrot cake and that was soooo good too...I can have them every single day and never get tired of eating them..but have to be careful with weight too🥲

The cake we ordered had mould on the fruit, all the strawberries were mouldy and smelt terrible. Was very disappointed considering we ordered way in advance and collected on the day we ordered it for.

I love LOLA'S GLUTEN FREE cakes, but, this time both cakes had after taste. And made me a little sick. This is why I gave 3*'s.

Being ceoliac, it was difficult to find good GF Cakes. And, now it looks like still difficult to find Gluten Free Cakes.
