Great service and very delicious cakes and cupcakes!

The cupcake was crumbling and falling apart all over the place and the frosting tasted too artificial and not fresh. I wasn't impressed by how they normally are if made to order and overpriced for what they're worth. Kind of sad.

It was a very special day for my daughter's 5th Birthday thanks in part to the wonderful looking/tasting Frozen-themed cake. Very happy with the smooth process and easy collection (my mum collected it for me). Thank you guys at Lola's Westfield.

Love Lolas! Popular favourite for me are the red velvet cupcakes (both regular and gluten free are great). My all time favourite however are the cheesecakes. Need to have these stocked more often is my only complaint (noting it needs a fridge). Recently tried the lemon cupcake and it was really really good flavour.

The cake was ready to collect on time, the cake looked fantastic and tasted delicious

My service was iffy in the centre so as a result I tried to ask the last behind the counter if there was anyway she could check if I had an account for me. She begrudgingly searched for me after instead of politely asking I spell my email demanded it in a rude tone.

I’ve never really used my loyalty card so didn’t understand there system or if I had any points or my birthday cupcake, (seeing as it was my birthday) this didn’t help the lady to calm down and explain and rather she treated me like I was an idiot and didn’t expand on what my points would do or what it would take off.

Not the first time someone’s been rude at that location. I once had to point and explain the cupcake I wanted 5 times before actually getting the one I wanted to the lady serving me. As she kept trying to put into the box one I did not want.

i tried the red velvet cupcake and although of the cake was delicious, the cream cheese frosting was too overpowering and not sweet enough! it just tasted like triangle cheese on top, which i was absolutely not a fan of!

The Victotia sponge cake was perfect for my birthday and Vanilla cream and fruit with fresh berries were exciptional and not very sweet.

I enjoyed it very much.

Ordered birthday cakes from Lola's several times and it never disappoint! The cake was well packaged and so delicious. My favourites were the red velvet and chocolate fudge cakes.

Everything was fine. No issues at all

I ordered the chocolate and vanilla naked cake for 8 people and ordering online was easy and collecting it at my nearest shop was so handy. The cake was nice and my partner liked it. I thought it was better to eat it at room temperature as the sponge was too dense for me personally.

Visited Lola’s in Westfield White City one morning late last week to buy cupcakes. There were no staff to be found and after waiting several minutes we left empty handed. Had another go today and encountered the rudest assistant who wouldn’t let my husband sit on the chairs behind the stall. He explained I was on my way very shortly and then we were going to buy some cupcakes but she said she didn’t care, he couldn’t sit there. At this point I arrived and in view of the assistant’s attitude we decided not to buy anything. So Lola’s has lost sales twice in a week through poor customer service.

Bought a birthday cake for my husband from Lola for the first time. Great taste and most importantly, my husband enjoyed it! The salesman was polite and provided a great service.
