Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

110% customer service and tasting cakes!
everytime I order from lolas cupcakes (especially the shoreditch shop) the customer service is some of the best I have ever received in London. Always so lovely and friendly and the cake's I order come looking even better than the pictures and taste great! and amazing value! highly recommend. Lovely cakes and great service :)

We ordered a cake for our sons…
We ordered a cake for our sons birthday. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone couldn't get enough of it- gave everyone a slice to take home. We added some decorative themed toppers for him. He was extremely happy with his cake. It was not too sweet, very light and fluffy even after 3 days on the fridge. We will be ordering cakes from Lolas for every family birthday from now on. It was ready early no hassle to collect either. Attendant was friendly too. Thank you Lola's

The whole experience was easy to book…
The whole experience was easy to book and the delivery was perfectly on time and well communicated. My daughter loved her cake, which was delivered as a surprise to the restaurant she was dining at. Thank you so much particularly given I ordered the cake all the way from Australia and I was anxious about the delivery.
