After getting a suspicious handbag from EBay, I used 2 authentication houses. Both told me it was FAKE. Lollipuff was fast, and their certificate outlined a lot of verifiable reasons. My sell... Ver más

After reading these reviews I decided to do a little digging and sure enough the earrings I sent to Lollipuff for authentication actually are probably genuine CHANEL. The stamp is perfection. They are... Ver más

Lollipuff is a team of non-professional authenticators!
Lollipuff is a team of non-professional authenticators. Their goal is to make money, not to help customers. They never ask for additional photos if the client has previously sent unclear photos. They don't care if your item is authentic, it's important for them to make money, and they don't value their reputation like other authenticators. I will never contact Lollipuff again and do not advise anyone, because there is a high probability that your authentic item will be authenticated as a counterfeit.

There are sellers selling un-sanctioned Celine. Don't trust them.
Lollipuff, unlike other authenticators, identifies them as such, based on factory code and final stamping details. If the bags are un-authorized for sale, they are not identified as authentic by Celine and should not be considered authentic.
They will even tell you if it is un-sanctioned vs a replica copy, so it has nothing to do with being unqualified. If anything, it demonstrates their superb ability.
This is an issue related to the Celine brand that is not something that is seen with Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc.
Lollipuff is WAY WAY more detail oriented than any other authentication house I have used, and I use them for every single purchase.
Never use Lollipuff's services!
If you want your authentic bag to be considered a fake, you can feel free to contact Lollipuff. Lollipuff is absolutely incompetent and not a professional authenticator !!! Three authenticator - Authenticate First, Real Authentication and Authenticate4U companies recognized my bag as authentic, but Lollipuff said the bag was fake. Lollipuff is really a joke and not a professional team of authenticators. The funny thing is that according to Lollipuff's decision, the brand's official factory makes fakes and the brand sells fakes))). Dear Lollipuff you are a scammers!
Our experience with Lollipuff
We resell professionally and have been using them for years. They are extremely accurate and always respond well within 24 hours.
Other authentication services have not been comparable. For us, we have found Lollipuff to be the very best.
Only caveat is that they authenticate a limited number of brands.
Authentication is a total joke
I just wanted to my experience with this authentication service.
Typically everyone is complaining about a fact that counterfeits get through the authentication process but the opposite can also happen, like what happened this time.
A pair of authentic Chanel CC earrings was sold on Poshmark, which were sent to the authentication team. The earrings did not have stamps - sometimes it happens with Chanel items for various reasons (either they are not present originally, or only one is present or they tend to fall off with time) and anyone with a real authenticating experience would be looking at the small details like quality of manufacturing, crystal placement, ornaments etc - to determine authenticity.
So what Poshmark did is they sent the earrings to this third party authentication service, which came back with the response that item is a counterfeit.
Reasons were:
- Pushbacks are different colour to the colour of the earrings (?!)
- it is very suspicious that both hallmarks are missing
Hence, they declared item as a counterfeit.
1) Authenticating by pushbacks - are you kidding me??? This is a generic item without any affiliation to the brand or stamps on them. The funniest part here is that 1 day before the earrings were despatched to Poshmark, those poor pushbacks were picked up in person from Chanel New York's flagship store, so that the buyer could enjoy a new set for hygiene purposes.
2) Suspicious that there are no hallmarks? Please, that's the favourite part of Chanel costume jewellery together with the crystals that they like to loose!
3) Have they tried to check the quality of the back surface, crystal placement, small grooves on the sides of the earrings and compare them to the other items? I really don't think so.
This is just an example I wanted to share what those "authentication" services rely on when they do their "authentication" and how sheer stupidity and inexperience can allow counterfeits to pass as originals and even vice versa.
