I have used Lollylicious a few times for other occasions. Today surpassed all other great purchases. The staff were so helpful in the delivery of my chocolate bouquet with balloons for a lockdown weary family and the children who received it were super delighted (as were their parentals who will share in the chocolate lol). Lollylicious is a helpful , polite and accommodating service. My favourite go- to for sending love.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of chocolate flowers for my mother in Sydney. There was a little bit of confusion with the delivery, due to the wording on the website. They gave me a call after the delivery had not been picked up, and after telling them why I was confused, they offered me free re delivery and are changing their wording on the website.
I am so happy with their customer service, that I don't really care what the bouquet even looks like. They listened to me, and understood how I was feeling about it all - even when i was a bit nasty - and for that, I give this review :) Will definitely use this company again.
