The product is not how they presented! The fabric and the whole product is different from their presentation. It's a big lie.

Please, please don’t buy from here..! The products are very expensive and the quality of the material is very bad. When you want to return the product it says yes but then they don't accept. Don't waste your money, the products are totally different from the images

Scam bought online didn’t sent emailed to confirm purchases

The jacket matches the description and image, material was decent. But took a month to arrive, after which I realised it's too small, despite supposedly being a medium. No response to my email for a return address so unable to get my £60 refund.

I purchased 2 mens hoodies costing £60 for my son. When they arrived they were very poor quality and had threads comingg away at the seam. I contavcteed them they did emil saying to send pitures which I did. I emailed again as time went by and was told they were speaking to the courier. Now they re completely ignoring all messages. They had no intentions of resolving or refunding me.

it is a scam and ower needs to be arrested. Fake business. email and phone isn't connected. Bought a jacket which is basically a plastic bag in real life. Cannot get a response and am out of pocket. AVOID.

First time ordering from Lomiea, went with a men’s coat. The material feels smooth, almost like something more expensive. Came earlier than the date they gave me, and the box was in perfect shape (rare for deliveries here). I’m not great with fabric care so I asked them, and they sent me a simple guide that was easy to follow. That extra step made me feel they actually care.

My son asked for a tracksuit from this company and I have to say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My original parcel never arrived and then the informed me the address wasnt correct and got another parcel sent, again they asked for my address and i provided it, yet again the parcel never arrived. I have emailed them today and their response is I didn't provide my address.

Jacket sent was completely the wrong size and cheaply made. Company claimed to be in The Netherlands but are actually based in China. They do not seem to want any clothes returned and when they did eventually provide me with a return address in China, the cost of the return was far more than sending back to Europe and I was also concerned that even if the jacket made it back to China, I would not get a refund. Company did eventually refund me 30% of the jacket cost and I kept the unwanted jacket (Having originally offered me a 10% refund). I would not recommend your company to anyone nor would I ever buy anything from them again.

Lomiea Fashion, Is a False Scam Shopping site, that advertise high end items at low prices... Then send very cheaply Chinese made very bad copies of the items shown in 4-5 weeks...
Therefore "Not As Described" , and will not refund!!

I ordered a jumper as part of my daughters 16th birthday present, I had a confirmation email then an email to say the jumper has been dispatched however I have not received the jumper. I have emailed the company twice and rang and left a voice mail message but have still not had a reply from Lomiea

This site is a scam. The clothes are extremely poor quality and cannot actually be returned back as shipping to China is costly and they will not pass customs clearance. Avoid!!!!!

I would give 0 if I could. DO NOT order from this company. Items were extremely poorly made to the point of being unwearable. When I asked for a refund they lied about their return policy and said I’d gone past the date. When I presented them with evidence from their own website that I hadn’t they then told me that shipping cost were £25 so I could keep the dresses and get a 30% refund. NOWHERE on their website does it state this. They then started ignoring my emails. Fraudulent company and further action will be taken. Still in the process of trying to get my money back.
