Trust pilot I told you loads of times this company was selling fake Chinese goods atleast 10 times and you did nothing to investigate it saying you use the latest technology and you can detect companies selling fake goods. You couldn't get rid of londiny because they pay you a fee and your a business so you always pick the money. Trustpilot is useless and nobody trusts it any more we've gone back to checking the stores that have their own reviews all good shops do it but the bad shops don't so you just avoid them ones..Trustpilot you owe people a apology like what I did people trusted your reviews. Have you checked the one star reviews and how much money you've cost people. Trustpilot pilot should be paying people's robbed money back you gave the 5 star reviews for that long allowing londiny to delete all the bad reviews. I blame Trustpilot just as much as londiny both are bent companies just out to make a fast buck.

Company sold me one fake Snoopy moonswatch, never shipped the other I ordered. Requested a cancellation and refund for my orders. Website is now shown as unavailable, probably never hear from them again and I am into them for over $400. Screw this place.

Fake utterly fake! Bought 2 snoopy moonswatches which took forever to come. Came with so called swatch documents but were not stamped nor did they indicate place of original purchase. Brought down to our local official swatch store and were confirmed to be FAKES! Now their entire website has disappeared. Super unethical!

This company is a scam. I purchased a watch from one of the vendors in July. It’s now October and still no product. I emailed them multiple times in the past few months, and then they stopped responding to emails. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the company’s charge. It took them over 20 days to respond to my credit company and then lied about issuing me a refund. Fortunately I kept all of my conversations and sent it to the credit card company as proof. Now, the website is shut down. First no product, then the lie, then the shut down. There are red flags here.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I ordered 2 Omega/Swatch Moonswatches a few months ago after reading good reviews about the company. They were for my partner's birthday last week. They came, they were packaged well etc, had the relevant leaflets and guarantee card, so I was pleased with them. My partner was also pleased when I gave them to him on his 60th. However, on the 2nd day of wearing one of the watches, the face misted up. We took it to the local Swatch shop and guess what, it's a fake, and so is the other watch. I was so angry. These were supposed to be special gifts for my partner!

I have emailed the company on several occasions to request a refund but as other reviewers have said, they just do not respond. They are now based in Hong Kong by the way!

I would urge you all to stay well away from this company and check the authenticity of anything you have already purchased.

I am not going to let this lie. What they are doing is illegal and morally wrong.

Ordered a moonswatch on June 18th 2024. Now September 2024 and still has not arrived - says 'processing'.

Maybe this is because I requested a refund so they didn't send it- but I have not received any refund!

I have emailed countless times - they used to respond saying its coming soon, but now completely ignore my emails.

Selling fake Omegawatches and refuse to refund. Dont trust these people.

I bought an omega swatch from Londiny 5 months ago. The watch crown was damaged in 3 months. I took it to swatch for repair but they refused because it’s not authentic. I asked for refund from London for more than 5 weeks but they never responded. I then contacted the seller shop for refund 2 weeks ago. Again no response. I tried to call them but even their phone number is not real. All the links to social media are not working. NEVER NEVER bought from this website.

I was interested in the story behind the Omega Swatch Moonphase. This seller's detailed brand history helped me appreciate the collaboration. Wearing it feels like owning a piece of horological history.

Did not realize the watch would be fake when I ordered it, but luckily I did before they shipped it. However, I’ve been asking them to cancel the order and issue a full refund for two months now and they’ve completely ghosted me. Do not order from them.

I Purchased a Swatch x Omega Mission to the Moon watch. wore it in the pool and it failed. tried to contact Londiny, and the seller, to no avail. decided to contact swatch, who kindly took the watch back to repair/replace, only to be told that the watch was not authentic. I had to contact the bank to get a refund.
DO NOT buy from this website as the items are NOT authentic!

These guys sold me a fake watch. Fake as it gets (snoopy moonswatch).
Then asked me to send it back to them for a refund when I told them.
They then checked the watch and confirmed it was fake.
And never refunded! Now they’re avoiding all my emails and not replying!!
Biggest scams!! Do not buy, half their sellers are fake and they do not care!

Contacted Londiny - they said they would suspend the selling and do a full refund if I ship the product back, which I did. They confirmed receipt.
Been chasing for refund…. No sound and no picture there after.

Bought a Swatch X Omega watch from them. They are fake - nice fakes, but confirmed by the Swatch shop. They asked me to pay for shipping the fake watch for "investigation" even after I provided side by side pictures of fake versus genuine. They said they would suspend the vendor, but they are still selling them under a new doing business as name. Ended up having to chargeback my purchase via my credit card company

Did not deliver product. I asked for a refund and they still haven’t processed after 2 weeks. Do not use them.

Still selling fake goods I see , Trustpilot is aware of Londiny activities but ignore them because londiny pay Trustpilot a fee to tidy up the reviews you must have noticed all the 1 star reviews getting removed. I bought a fake omega swatch mercury from londiny and had to put in a bank fraud case against londiny in which I won a full refund. Believe the 1 star reviews they're true londiny 100% sell fake goods and I've good photo evidence to prove this..

I cancelled my order as soon as I realised the reviews on here were AI created and they promised a refund. Literally nothing has come in over a month, they blamed a “massive failure” at the bank ?? What even is that??
Now they won’t reply to any emails and have had to report to the bank.

Do not buy from this criminal website. They will not communicate with you. Their "vendors" have fake bloated reviews and you never receive the item once you've paid. As per the reviews I will not request a refund via the website, I'm going straight to my bank and doing it that way. Bunch of crooks and fraudsters with bloated fake reviews. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I bought an Amiri Tshirt which they claimed they have authenticated.

First, the vendor took forever to ship it. The, When the vendor sent the first picture of it being shipped, I immediately spotted it was a fake. I had to wait 3 weeks to get it and send pictures to Londiny to apply for a refund.
I have not yet received my freaking money back! It’s been 3 months full of ridiculous excuses as silly as they telling me their bank is lying to them!

NEVER BUY HERE. THIS IS ABSURD!!!

Purchased a Swatch X Blancpain from this site as they 'guaranteed' items were not fake and if any issues 100% refund would be given.
Watch sent was a clear fake, they offered to reduce price further if I kept it - but I didnt want a fake watch, so asked for a full refund. They agreed to a refund but have never refunded, always an excuse with the bank etc. I have now asked my bank to follow this up. DO NOT BUY from here
