Eleganze , can’t be trusted. Scam website , purchased through the Shop payment site on Instagram. Promised an update and nothing coming. I’ve been ripped off.

Would give zero stars if possible! This company is based in China and sells sub-standard goods that in no way resemble what they advertise. My mother purchased a “Cashmere” jumper that turned out to be made from a cheap man made fibre. We tried to return it for a refund but that would have cost around £30 (according to the seller) so not worth the cost or hassle; with no guarantee that the funds paid would be refunded. Avoid at all costs.

Bought wall clock from company
Received wrong item and company has not responded for article to be returned or refund of money
Company has not responded to all my several E-mails sent
Appalling communications in fact none at all
I see it as a bad experience and will never purchase from this company in future

This is a total scam site. There is no contact address and the telephone number is not recognized. The police need to get involve to shut this site down.

Orderd my trainers on 17th November it’s now 22nd December and still not arrived. No up to date tracking available. Can’t email as it comes back undelivered. Can’t phone.

I have bought 2 items from this company its not in London its rubbish from China.. Adidas top cheap horrible copy that must have been 80 Pence to produce ... Adidas trainers Oh my god absolutely laughable awful ... AVOID THIS COMPANY UTTER DOG 💩

Do not buy from this brand! They'll send you a fake yodel tracking number that's attached to a fake yodel site they'll even fake deliver it and claim it was left at the porch.its impossible to speak to anyone as the phone number isn't in use and emails are ignored.i put a dispute in with my bank who got my money back from them so if your reading this to late and you've already ordered, speak to the bank asap they'll eventually get the site closed down.i also Googled the address stated by the company but as you guessed it FAKE its actually a garage.

Paid £30ish for a women's hoodie and the quality is rubbish. Would feel inbarassed even donating it to a charity shop. Come from China not London.

Best to read up on the supplier BEFORE YOU BUY!. I trust Trust Pilot as it offers a good verification tool against possible scammers out there. Especially in the lead up to Xmas and New Year! London Elegance is very bad, no London Te.No (scam) Poor quality items received. My rating 0/10 Do NOT BUY from them!

I ordered trainers nearly 4 weeks ago and heard nothing does anyone know how long they take to deliver to Ireland

Bought a Titleist waterproof jacket from this company! And got soaked wearing it!! Absolute garbage online company!!

I ordered a pair of pants that ripped down both legs the second time I wore them
Gave them a bad review and have been dealing with morons since that time
Lesson learned don’t order anything from this site

sent goods first one ( a dree looked ok but didnt fit but NOT A RETURN ADDRESS IN UK oh no China, what a joke , second dress awful cheapest horrible nylon animal print, i cannot wear it im allergic to nylon and have eczema, i cannot even bear to touch thick nylon.

I will be reporting to OMBUDSMAN and TRADING STANDARDS.

Really cheap Chinese clothes but with English prices because I paid £34 .99 for a elegant looking dress in pictures but is not even worth £5
It took them so long to send it as well I thought a fake website but really it’s so bad I asked for refund they took like 10 days to reply and they said I have to send it to china and pay the shipping cost myself it’s really ridiculous

I have had similar experience to many of the reviewers. I ordered a flying jacket for a Christmas present last December and paid £80. It finally arrived in January and returned it because of its poor quality and postage was £24 to send in back to China. When I emailed them I would only receive an automated email about returns. I then receive the jacket back in July and the parcel had not been opened as my letter was still there. I don’t think it even got past Customs. Do not waste your time with this company.

Don't touch with a barge pole, awful clothes,terrible sizing.
They refuse refunds expect you to pay postage.
Customer service non existence!!
Frankly don't know how they are trading.
It is a job for trading standards to get involved.
To stop this kind of clothing waste happening.
They are not London based.
It's all china..watch out they maybe trading under different names.

I wouldn't give any star if possible. I sent back items to China. Paid £13 for postage and never received any money back. Wasn't cheap. It has nothing to do with London or elegance. Scammers.

Same issue with me.....returned 2 items that were supposed to be 3xl and were probably medium at best! Paid £25 to send back to China and they were delivered back to me today.
So no refund and when I sent an email back to London Elegance it now comes back undelivered.
