From start to finish I had the best experience and James was just fantastic! I would highly recommend LD! And not to mention, my new engagement ring is INSANE!!!!!!!!!

Five stars to James and the WHOLE team at LondonDiamonds for helping me design the perfect engagement ring. I went in with no clue where to begin, but James patiently guided me through every step and never minded the constant stream of WhatsApp questions. The finished ring was flawless, and my partner hasn’t stopped admiring it. Thank you all.

I found London Diamonds on instagram and noted they done a stunning example of my preferred ring- a marquise cut, hidden halo in 18k gold and for a very fair price too! I done a lot of looking around and couldn’t beat their price or product. I pointed the chosen ring and LD in the direction of my partner and he purchased and proposed 7 months later!! He was very happy with the service and communication.

Superb experience, kept me informed from start to finish and a beautifully crafted piece of jewellery.

I can not recommend London Diamonds enough, from start to finish they’ve been nothing short of incredible.

Personally, I had absolutely no idea about rings or what I was looking for. I dropped them a message on Instagram and they were really attentive and made the entire process extremely simple. Within a month I’d messaged and received the ring.

They also helped me guess my fiancés ring size based on pictures and pretty much nailed it!

The ring itself was perfect and came really neatly packed and presented.

The ring did fit but she prefers them slightly looser. LD offered for it to be resized, we posted it out on Sunday and received it back today (Saturday - 6 days later).

Honestly, nothing but praise for them and recommended them to all my mates

After my fiancé purchased my engagement ring from LD in 2024 and he had told me how brilliant the service/smooth the process was (as well as how stunning/well made the ring is), I knew I wanted my wedding band to also made by LD.

I discussed what I wanted with James who came up with a bespoke design for my wedding ring and sent through for my approval within a couple of days! My ring arrived today and I couldn’t be happier! It’s absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The whole process was seamless. Always had quick, knowledgeable responses to any questions I had and just overall great customer service. Would 100% recommend to anybody looking to purchase, LD are the best in the business!!

From first contact the experience with LD has been excellent. The ring I had asked for was a bit different to others but there was no problem at all in making it happen. Responses were quick and updates were regular which help make it a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend LD to anyone. My partner was over the moon with the ring also.

Stunning, beautiful rings - I have an engagement band, wedding band and eternity ring from LD bought over the course of 6 years.

I have been a fan and a customer of LD for a number of years. I kindly asked James for some advice on a diamond necklace which was 14K yellow gold, which I wanted dipped in 18K due to some tarnish. James kindly offered some advice and agreed to help me with my request. The drop off appointment was so efficient and had the necklace back in a couple of weeks. I couldn’t be more happier and James was kind enough to not to take any £ which was very generous. I can’t fault LD, they are honest, reliable and trustworthy. Brought an engagement ring for my now fiancé, James helped me right from the start answering all my questions around designing and what would work best, timings, prices all the questions you have will be answered and replied to in a very quick time frame.

I was kept upto date with every detail that was going on during the making of the ring. It was made and delivered within the time frame. The ring looks absolutely amazing just how I wanted it to be, I can’t thank James enough for the help he gave me and I can’t thank the team and London diamonds enough for their hard work and time to make the ring.
