It was a tricky installation, but he handled it with real skill and attention to detail. He sourced the glass quickly and completed everything on time, helping us meet our deadline for a garden party — totally stress-free!

We have been extremely happy with our garden, glass balustrade, which was fitted in June 2022 by Peter.

This summer 2025 we noticed a few glass panels had started to slip. I didn’t need to worry, Peter being the honest, sincere guy that he is, replied consistently to messages; arranged a visit, communicated on day his expected eta. He arrived as arranged and rectified the issue, for Free!!! He also double checked the over panels (due to a supply issue with some rubber pads). I offered him some money for his time which he kindly declined. I’m very grateful to know there are still, honourable, genuine trades people around. Thank you again Peter for your time and expertise. I would highly recommend to others, Peter truly cares about the company and customer satisfaction.

He was not overpriced, presented as honest and passionate about the work he undertook, he provided some ideas whereby I had a small gap to fit glass and small handrail. He came to house and measured up and discussed my needs. Based on the above I went with this Company. Thereafter Peter kept me updated as to progress, and 10 days after placing order Peter and a colleague attended and fitted the Balustrade. The fitting was really well done, with care and precision.
