Couldn’t dispatch my order on the promised day, didn’t share any timeline expectations on when they could ship and then went quiet. I hope I’ll be able to at least get my money back. It’s the first and the last time I’m using this.

24hr delivery, marked as despatched then told it’s not despatched and they will get it there when they can!

Absolutely shocking customer service I will never use again!

A fantastic service from start to finish. The managed to send us a load of glass Jared pickles that we struggle to get up here on the Isle of Islay. They arrived without a single breakage due to the absolutely brilliant packing they used. I can highly recommend this company.

It’s quite difficult to find an online shop selling good quality exotic fruits. And this seller is outstanding! I have ordered mangosteens six times from them. The delivery always on time, well packaged and all items were in excellent condition. Only this time I contacted the customer service for something wrong shipped, they replied very friendly and offered the replacement quickly! I was very happy and definitely glad to be a regular customer!

Products didn't arrive

This company was advertising a product they didn't have in stock and couldn't get because the supplier stopped this line of product. The first message that I got from them regarding a delivery date was so vague that it lead me to think it wasn't a legit company and I went to the trouble of cancelling my bank card because of that. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend them.

Excellent product and service

I ordered a big crate of Naranjillas and am very pleased with the quality of the fruit that have arrived and with Naranjillas being very fragile and perishable fruits, this is not an easy task. I made jam and juice from them and they’re delicious! Thanks so much for stocking Naranjillas, as since my last Ecuador trip I have missed these fruit so much.

I ordered some seafood salad. It arrived on time and in good condition and is excellent quality. Nearly gone.
