Present ordered for a loved one to the value of £100 on the 18th November and there hasn't been any correspondence from London Loves Beauty since. Multiple requests to the customer care email address have been made without response. I have read the Terms and Conditions and understand the company waver any liability for failure to source requested items. However, I would like to request a proof of sourcing request to approved stockist from London Loves Beauty. Please dont use this company and if you do purchase with a protected method such as PayPal. Unfortunately I did not.

Made an order for a present on 18th Nov. I haven't received anything and have email their customer services several times with no response. I'm leaving this review to hopefully warn people not to make the same mistake I have. Please don't order from London Loves Beauty.

I placed an order on 23/11. No correspondence after the initial purchase email. No updates. Then I checked out the reviews. Not a great company. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I raised a dispute and the next day I was issued a refund

Just received my order after receiving the wrong order at first.
I am so happy with the earings I received they are beautiful.
I also received a free pair of earings as a gift for the mistake they had made.

Appauling customer service
I’m shocked by the way London Loves Beauty handled my issue. A product became faulty within a 30 day period, and instead of helping, customer service pushed me to return a leaking cosmetic item via DPD—something the courier doesn’t even allow. As well as being told I would incur a £10 charge if I wasn't in for the courier collection.
I was blamed for damage that wasn’t mine, and asked to take on unsafe and unreasonable steps.
Only when I advocated for my consumer rights multiple times was the case escalated to the CEO, who finally approved a refund and confirmed I did not need to return the product. The final outcome was fine, even though they still (wrongly) "maintain that the item was likely compromised through handling".
Under no circumstances should I have been put through this. Companies know Consumer Rights and must abide by them in the first instance.
A very disappointing experience.
LLB never delivered item...refused to refund
LLB is one of the most unethical companies I've ever dealt with on-line. I ordered an item that they never delivered, and when I requested a refund, they claimed that because I hadn't done so within 30 days, I forfeited the refund !!
How wonderful to sell items online, get paid in full, and then never deliver them! Sorry - but isn't that theft and fraud?

I had ordered a product that you can only get from America and paid £6.95 express delivery for it. I first contacted the company by an online chat feature exactly a week after i placed the order, they said that they would review my order and get back to me but still hasn’t. As i had gotten no reply, i then emailed them 9 days after purchasing the product, @clientsupport which is the correct updated email for them (as confirmed by a reply to another customer review). They sent an automated reply, detailing that they would get back to me within 48 hours unless there is a busy period. The automated reply detailed that it may take 5-7 working days for an order to arrive during busy periods but i have now been waiting 11 days and had paid for express delivery. The tracking information for the product showed that it was shipped two days after my purchase but had not updated since so i wanted help to try and track it. I contacted Fedex and they replied, asking me to contact the company to get them to reach out to a Fedex support email. I had little faith that the company would reply to my initial email, let alone one advised by Fedex so i asked for a refund through PayPal. Also, the company orders stock in from America if they do not have it and i can appreciate that it can take a while but i do feel like that should have been made more clear before my purchase and before choosing express delivery.
IF you purchase from this company, i would advise you to use PayPal if possible, so that you can get refunded if necessary. Better still, do not use this company at all.

i ordered for a josie maran body cream; they sent me a body scrub, and it was opened. it was 4 weeks and and the wrong product and it was already opened and looked like it was used by someone else

I’m really sad to see such bad reviews. My first time (not the last!) using them was an excellent experience. They were the only UK company to have an American product I was looking for. I placed the order and decided to change the colour and got a reply straight away reassuring me that my second choice would be delivered. Upon arrival there was an item missing, however this was so easily rectified with a full apology and free goodies with free next day delivery to boot!….. Sometimes things can go wrong but it’s the customer service and the way things are handled that make all the difference! Amber whom dealt with all my inquiries was excellent! Her customer service alone will be a reason I’ll be coming back to their website my future orders and the fact that they have stock of very hard to find items!!

Hi I received my order without a seal on the top of the product also no box I wasn’t happy using something that someone else had used so I contacted them they basically said I was rude and they did nothing about my query the item was put in the bin bare in mind it cost £100
Absolutely diabolical
Absolutely diabolical. Placed an order on the 30th of September and still haven’t received a confirmation email, let alone a dispatch email. Contacted them on Instagram over a week ago and was completely ignored. I’ve sent them an email which has also been ignored. I ordered from this company about two years ago and the service was great. Don’t know what’s happened to them since then but they really need to sort it out. Terrible service. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Awful! Avoid at all costs!
Firstly they don’t actually have stock or anything and take ages sourcing it in the states and sending it on. You’ll be waiting at least two weeks for your order.
Secondly, they have a completely bogus returns policy. I had an allergic reaction to the products I purchased from them (Innbeauty Project) yet I am unable to return the items for a refund, despite being protected under the Consumer Rights Act.
The office address is Mayfair is a virtual ‘address for rent’ situation so they’re not even actually based there at all. It’s all a complete sham!

The main reason I chose to buy was the speedy delivery time. Little did I know this came with a caveat!
The main reason I chose to buy a product from this site even though it was twice the price on most other sites was because of the fast shipping. Not only did I pay double for the product I also paid for fast shipping. Apparently they have a caveat that fast shipping is only available once the product is in stock. My product arrive late and cost me nearly double plus a hefty delivery cost.
I will not be ordering from this website again.
The customer service would do well to be a little more clear regarding their shipping.

Avoid!
Same as others, ordered product for daughter's birthday but never arrived. Phone number doesn't work and no reply to my emails.
Fortunately got refund from Paypal.

What a waste of money
What an absolute cop out! The address is based in London. Their customer service is a joke. They don't even have the American brands in stock. They just import them!!
I could of done that with my stackry.com account and buy it from the usa myself!
Please, don't bother....

I bought the LYS Bronzing stick in the…
I bought the LYS Bronzing stick in the shade neutral. After weeks of waiting they sent me a tatty make up covered box in the shade light which was wrong. I opened it to check the stick and it was made of plastic with the actual bronzer missing pieces. I paid £35 for this and felt completely cheated. Will never be purchasing from them again.
