Great service
Card i order wasn’t instock, London contacted me straight away and offered either new card select or refund and were quick when asked for refund. Cards also arrived in time and really good condition. Would definitely buy from them again.

terrible service.
Hi,
Ive tried messaging on the shop app and ive been ignored. I need a refund for my order. The package was empty, i was told to contact royal mail and when i did they said because it was a business account that i bought the cards from that i need to ask for a refund from your company. i’ve messaged on the shop app multiple times and im being ignored?

please rest assured that we are not ignoring you. I have checked all the messages between you and our team, please check your spam folder if you have missed some of our replies. You have provided photos of the empty package and we have explained that the empty box has NOT been sent by us. Your 3 booster packs have been sent in a much smaller padded envelope (not box) and they have been delivered on Friday 22 December at 13:20 by Royal Mail. The empty package you are complaining about is not the order you have placed on our website. Can you please check with your housemates, open the yellow padded envelope and get back to us to confirm everything is ok? You can contact our customer service via chat on our website, or via email (info@londonmagictraders.com), we are always here to help 24/7 and all messages will be replied to (again, please check your spam folder in case our reply ends up there)
Singles order
Website is a bit of a chore to navigate, but good selection and the cards arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and in the expected time frame.

Can not fault the service
Can not fault the service, card was as described no quibble here. Shipping was quick and was double sleeved in a brown envelope backed with sturdy cardboard. Would happily be ordering again in the future.
