First class advice and service throughout! This is a genuine family company which takes pride and pleasure in providing top quality products. They could not have been more helpful throughout the planning process, and their communications overall were excellent. When it came to the build, the team was very efficient, tidy (I have never seen such neat trenches) and friendly. Highly recommended - I will use again.

I've had a wonderful experience with London Timber Buildings. I wanted a log cabin to use as a garden office and I have found their service brilliant from start to finish. They were very helpful all the way through, from helping with plans and planning permissiom right up to a very hetic and efficient day of building it! The crew on the day were friendly and efficient, and got the whole thing done in about 7 hours. The aftercare and advice has also been very helpful. I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering a log building.

Great to meet in show room to discuss requirements. Easy to discuss options on the phone, and answer design queries. Supurb professional team of workman who built the log cabin in < 2days. Electrics survey and explanations from Bob very helpful and delighted with the Log Cabin (new Office)

I has been great to work with the LTB team, in the office, online and on-site at home.
Good discussions about options of size, cladding, finishes, etc. and possible timescales. We were able to adjust some elements, e.g. window size and style, as the initial drawings came through. And we agreed electrics - lights and socket locations and style - once the building was in progress. LTB and we adapted around timings for work and availability of doors and we were always kept informed. Highly recommended.
