am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Immediately after placing my order, I contacted customer service to request a change of delivery address because I was moving. Despite informing them straight away, my request was not processed before the parcel was shipped.

The tracking later showed the parcel as delivered, but I never received it. I also received no delivery notification, no email, no text message, and no information about where the parcel had been left. Since I had already moved, I was unable to check the original address—the very reason I asked for the address to be updated in the first place.

I contacted customer service again requesting a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, I was told to check around a property where I no longer live. I have also had to chase them for a response after they stopped replying to my emails.

As a customer, I expect better service and support, especially when I reported the address change immediately after placing my order. Unfortunately, I have paid for products that I never received and have been left to deal with the problem myself.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Initially poor response to customer product query on Instagram message site. However this has since been rectified & l am happy.

I have loved all the Londontown products. I waited several weeks for the new Peptide Serum Concentrate.
After being out of town for several weeks I just opened my serum and surprised to see that the bottle was almost half empty. This led me to believe that the serum had leaked since the top of the bottle was oily. I am not very happy that I paid $22.00 and along with the awful issue of trying to get it open, I’m hesitant to buy anything else other than the nail polish.

This is my favorite nail polish brand! Make sure you're getting a good coupon, as they do give many coupons and 25% is frequently offered. Some nail polish companies really disappoint and are all marketing... the actual juice just isn't up to par. Londontown is actually what you would expect from a high-end nail lacquer. Application and self-leveling are wonderful. It doesn't smell too much, and performs beautifully, especially considering that it is a 10- free line with conditioners. I like every single bottle that I have gotten from them- I can't say that about any other brand. I go to them for sheer and milky effects, which are among my favorites, and difficult to execute well. Sparks much joy, and I haven't been disappointed yet. I have also found customer service to be responsive and helpful.

I'm surprised that they don't have a higher rating here, and I suspect they had a dupe site that was scamming people. Not sure, but I have noticed that no one is complaining about the actual polishes, which are clearly wonderful. Best regards

I selected 1 polish, got to the final order page and decided before I hit "submit" I would check Amazon for the polish & shipping. I brought up the Londontown USA page to find a "Thank you for your order". I never hit submit, suspect foul play at this point. Reviewing what they did, the item was sent to an old address, and instead of billing my default account they chose something else ... it's been a week+ and nothing has come thru on my bank account. Bazaar ...DO NOT RISK IT FOLKS. If you order do it thru Amazon with free shipping.

I love the products, but I returned items and they never refunded me. I need to reorder but not until I'm refunded. 🤔

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews listed here...I have purchased many many nail polishes, removers, nail treatments, drying oils and glass nail files from their website. They are excellent quality and I say this as a diy nail enthusiast for decades! The colour selection is excellent and application of products is easy peasy with the rounded brush in each polish.

The customer service is standard, but they do reply within a couple of days. The only issue I have (hence the 4 stars 🌟) is that any of their promotional offers or contests are only open to US residents which is highly unfair considering that they ship internationally and I have spent literally hundreds of Canadian dollars on their products. I have contacted customer service regarding this issue and have yet to receive a reply. 🫩

I placed my first order ever from this company and the site had issues dropping items in to the cart. I thought it was corrected when I placed my order. It was not. I had two of one item and wanted one. I quickly emailed customer service and it was clear the customer service was remote and had no idea what to do or connection with the company. I did get a reply from customer service telling me they didn't know if they could reach the company to make the adjustment. Four days later I got a ship notice - the item was not removed. If they can't do a simple thing I have no faith in this company. Their customer service seemed fake or totally disconnected from the company. NEVER AGAIN. Not an honorable company. I have since read employee reviews and they get horrific reviews as a place to work. Why is it so hard for companies to do the right things these days. Very sad. NEVER AGAIN.

Don't trust the social media ads, scam company. Item purchased and paid for on June 28th, order is showing as paid, but unfulfilled. Will create a chargeback. Don't waste your time.
