My daughter is, or was, severely needle phobic and today was the first time in 11 years she has had a vaccine, the nurse was so patient and handled her nerves so well and the pre appointment advice about numbing cream and the distracting bee were invaluable - thank you!

Could not recommend enough. The service is absolutely amazing. Super easy to book either online, or my emails were usually replied to within 5-10 mins (inside working hours, but even outside working hours I had a very quick response).
I never had issues with stock control. Advise was very professional and I felt in good hands, prices were also reasonable compared to the market. Appointments were quick enough to have done during my 1 hour lunch break. Have already recommended to friends and family. Very happy and will continue to use them in the future.

Great experience

I visited the Mayfair clinic in January for an IV infusion. The entire procedure was explained clearly and I was given advice on the best option. The nurse was professional, knowledgeable and the procedure itself was quick and painless. I felt amazing afterwards! 100% recommend.

This clinic is brilliant, really helped me understand what I needed and clearly explained the process. Very simple to book with really polite professional and friendly service.

I had a query for the clinic about baby vaccines. And the founder/CEO responded. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions thoroughly and debunk some advice I had received from elsewhere. Really appreciate her help and put my mind at ease before I booked my flight abroad with my baby.

I had a confirmed 1pm appointment at the London Bridge Travel Clinic on Saturday 24 January for a travel consultation. When I arrived, the clinic was closed. I rang the buzzer multiple times and called reception seven times - every call rang and then disconnected.

I received no cancellation, no warning, and no explanation or follow-up afterwards. I’d travelled a long distance and rearranged my weekend plans for the appointment, which turned out to be a complete waste of time.

This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. I’d very much recommend looking elsewhere.

It was really strange experience.
First confusion address, the website must promptly explain that the clinic is located inside the building. There is no clinic name anywhere. I had to call several times . I was advised someone will meet me , no one came but I managed to find myself.
The consultation took like 10 minutes , where I was told I don’t need yellow fever vaccination though I came to have one.
But for some reason the lady started offering other once’s just in case . To my question why you offer other once if you just said Tanzania is safe.
The lady offered certificate excepting from the yellow fever.
The meaning of consultation is to have proper information . Not the information any adequate person can find on line.
Later the lady proudly said usually we take money for both consultation and certification, but you can pay only for consultation. Strange , when I called the day before I was told the certificate is free.
I felt it was an absolute time wasting during my work lunch. I asked her : This is it ? What information was provided to me ? I paid and left saying it was not worth it. The lady called me rude .
I don’t think I was rude I was honest. I could simply be told over the phone no need for vaccination.
PS. The clinic tried to delete my review with the help of trustplot but got rejected after the investigation. So you decided at least to write the reply. Well done:)))))

Absolutely fantastic. Quick (but not rushed), professional, friendly, informative service that's easy to use. Also, I booked a same-day appointment! Superb. Would definitely recommend.

Bedside Manner 10/10. Thank you Holly, you were thorough and hilarious. As someone who doesn't like needles, never have I ever had such an easy vaccine jab. Just go here.

(PS they have deet free insect repellent!! Hard to find!)
