Delivery was slow - took a week, and communications were confusing. When the order arrived there was a lot of packing material to be disposed of. Two items ordered were unavailable. Apart from that the products received were fine.

It's fine, I just think it is setup for more personal deliveries so that if you want to order the goods and send them elsewhere you need to make sure that the previous address is not saved there otherwise you might accidentally send it to the previous address.
I work in a company who supplies them and sometimes use it to send samples of our products to our potential retail customers, hence my comment above

This was my first purchase from Longdan & I was nervous but I found lots of variety of good products and a range of lower & higher prices and some good discounts. There was a delay in the delivery of my order but Peter Le in Customer Services was very helpful and helped me with all my problems in a very quick manner and I received my order intact.

I order online coffe expresso G7 ...after 2 days the company call me and let me know is out stock....why sale products out stock then offer to me milk coffee.... update the website properly please.

Good products, came when expected and I even got a call to check my preferences for replacing an out of stock item.

Incredibly slow to dispatch my delivery even though items were in stock !

We regularly shop at Longdan in Shorditch branch but since Covid have discovered that we don't need to travell 60 miles and pays London congestion charge, you can simply order from their website and get it delivered free of charge (if you shop over £60) within a few days. Very glad to have Longdan as our source of "back home food shopping"
