Serious medical reaction. Zero customer support response.

I am a lab technician and I’ve been using these supplements for 20 days. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant adverse reaction involving systemic weakness. My doctor advised me to stop immediately and ordered blood tests to investigate a severe electrolyte imbalance caused by the supplements. I have reached out to Longevity Box multiple times via email to utilize their 60-day money-back guarantee, but I have been met with total silence for days. It is deeply concerning that a company selling high-potency health products does not have a responsive support team when a customer reports a medical issue. I am now forced to escalate this to a bank chargeback/Section 75 claim. I really wanted to support this brand, but the lack of safety communication is unacceptable. Buyer beware if you have a reaction you're on your own.

Not worth the stress of dealing with a company that blatantly ignores their customers

Whilst the product is very good the company and their customer service is infuriatingly terrible. If you have any issue no matter how many times you email them they ignore you. Want a refund? Ignore you. Don t touch with a barge pole they are so badly organised they simply don’t care.
Just prevented two friends from purchasing that I had previously recommended their product to.

I've bought the product but it has never arrived. I've emailed them and they said they would check and then never heard of them again. Cant get through the customer service phone number, and they havent got back to my messages either.
Ive emailed for a follow up but nothing again

Very pale methylene blue

I brought some Methylene Blue from Longevity Box, having brought at least 2 other brands previously. The two other brands were a really deep indigo colour, but the Longevity Box (LB) was much paler in colour.

I did a comparison with 5 drops of LB brand and 5 drops of the other brand. Standing next to each other the LB brand was really pale in comparison. I wish I could upload a picture to demonstrate.

It was quite well priced 3 x 60ml bottles for £53, but I suspect it's seriously watered down. I wrote them an email asking why this was the case and have heard nothing back. Needless to say I will avoid this brand forevermore.

"We had a very odd thing happen with this one product, where, somehow, our systems turned the product from being a 'physical' product to being a 'virtual/digital' product. As such, neither our website nor our fulfilment partner knew to ship anything because they thought it was sent digitally"🤷

Excuses sounds good only for the one who is making them up!!!

And it never arrived 🤷
Plus they bomb email with spam to push you buy more! Started after half an hour after purchase.

I would say - stay away!

Paid for product and they did not send it

I ordered a supplement, got a confirmation email and they never sent it. I’ve just had to get in contact with them to see why and they said they don’t have my address. It’s poor service to have not picked that up in the system and reached out. Instead they were just going to take my money and not send me the product I paid for.

Review updated to reflect positive response to complaint

I’ve upgraded my review from one to four stars.

The Founder of Longevity called me shortly after leaving the feedback. He was very apologetic and refunded the additional amount soon after our conversation. He is going to look into the misleading website landing pages.

Such a quick, proactive and helpful response to a complaint deserves recognition.

Wish I’d checked here first! I ordered NMNH through the website and when I’d been returned to the confirmation page it said I’d qualified for an offer. I assumed this was because it was my first order, so I clicked to complete the order. Then it went to another page with an even lower price. I was confused, so checked my PayPal account to see I’d been charged twice! Once for the original price, once for the offer price.

I’ve put a complaint in with PayPal to hopefully get the second payment refunded.

I can only assume this is very underhand practice by the company to con people into buying more (very expensive) products than they want. Very disappointed and won’t be using this company again.

non-existent service and product never delivered

Horrible or frankly non-existent service. 2 orders never arrived, I followed up multiple times: sent 3 emails - no response whatsoever. Called customer service, different day, different times - always just goes to voice mail, which appears to be unattended as I left multiple messages and nobody bothered to get back. Impossible to hear back and get the problem sorted. I will call my credit card company and get the charges reversed as it seems this company is unable to get a basic customer service right. Never saw the product (paid over 140 quid for 2 orders!!), never got a response but keeping getting spammy emails with useless information from the founder. Avoid at all costs.

hard sell misleading

I bought an item from this company and then had the offer (click on) "apply discount code its not to late" did then and had a another item added to my purchase. I could not remove the item. No mention of add discount to a second item was made. When clicking on their email to reply the text you write comes up in microscopic text ! I requested the item was removed but this was not acted upon. When the two items arrived I was then offered a return of the second item.
the company is all social media upload a photo to instagram and get a free gift, subscribe and save, buy 3 get discount, buy 4 get discount buy 5 get discount, bundle ..... not the type of company I want to deal with, I prefer straight forward.

The CEO contacted me personally to apologise for a lost delivery and as well as giving me the refund they send me the replacement free of charge. Wow! That's an unbeatable customer service!

Exceptional Customer Service – Best I’ve Experienced

I recently had an issue with my order from Longevity Box, and I have to say their customer service was outstanding. Within just 30 minutes of reaching out, they had not only responded but also issued an instant refund and sent out a replacement batch of the product.

This is hands down the best and most efficient customer service I’ve ever experienced, whether from an online company or a high street shop. Their quick resolution and professionalism have earned my trust, and I’ll definitely continue to be a customer. Highly recommended!
