Referral code
Referral code and Black Friday code cannot use in the same order. I make the order because my friend suggest and ask me join together to get the $240 referral discount. But after my order my friend not any referral cash back get. Very disappointed I think will delete the app. No shopping here

I don't know the reason why can't login at the very last minute, it keeps saying: "Something went wrong, please try again later." No choice should put the order as guest purchase but I have an account here actually.

I am so sad that the discount rate…

I am appreciate that the customer care team replied this feedback very fast and this is a very good experience for me as they were handling well with this feedback.
I am so sad that the discount rate always changing during this Black Friday promotion and the crazy thing is it changing the discount rate before I place the order ( the discount rate was 30% off when I put the items in my shopping cart, then it changed to 20% off and extra 10%, and some of the item no discount anymore, so I give up those no discount items).
And also single day promotions was more good price then Black Friday eg: Bioeffect
I am so disappointed that I didn’t buy the items when single day promotion as I was so busy on that period and missed the chance.
